Coffs Harbour Office Choice reviews
6 A big thank you to the team at Coffs Harbour Office Supplies. Our old Kyocera after many years of service died. Leigh & Leighton gave outstanding service as always & on their recommendation a new Kyocera was installed by Office Supplies technician Ian. Great job and thanks for getting us up and running so quickly.

Excellent service today and I will buy as much as I can from this office supplies business run by very helpful gentlemen
The wonderful people who run this business are just lovely and so pleasant to work with. They are always very quick, prompt and everyone you speak to from this business is always so friendly. I recommend them to anyone, business or personal. They are also extremely helpful and informative.
Enjoyed a look through their new shop.
Usual happy service. A pleasure to shop there.
Poor customer service with staff that have been doing the same minimal work for many years.
If customer mechanically walks in, picks an item and pays for it, all is normal. But slightest issue has the staff show their knack for poor customer service.
Without exception their prices are at least 40% and at times 60% more expensive than the major company with similar name (that's why this store picked the name to pretend they are the same), and with bad customer service to boot.
Ignorantly walked in this store to by a good printer, because their store was close. Didn't want a printer less than $1000 to have options that comes with such price.
The short and older gentleman corralled me to a Canon printers priced at $890. It was less than my intended price, but bought it anyway.
A month later while at Office Works, I saw the exact same printer for $350.
I then realized I was had and that was the reason my printer struggled with its intended use.
I accepted my own mistake, but wanted to make a point. I walked in the store with the receipt and as soon as I mentioned the issue to the short gentleman he became standoffish and belligerent. Although I didn't mention I wanted to return the printer, he forcefully said he would not take the printer back.
I asked for a manager and the rude lady showed up and after I explained I didn't want a refund, but just to voice my dissatisfaction which was not for paying too much for such printer but that I wanted a printer of $1000 quality, she was ruder that the short gentleman.
I have never been back, not even for a pencil.
Only a year later I threw the printer in trash and bought a Brother Color Laser MFC L8900.
