Coffs Harbour Auto Electrical - Batteries and Air Conditiing

After trying two other auto-electricians in Coffs Harbour that were too busy we were luckily recommended Coffs Harbour Auto Electrical by a Facebook group. They were able to sort out our issue with a leisure battery and wiring within a few hours. Very efficient and very happy with their service, reasonable price and good communication all round.

James slotted us in with our Electrical issues on the car & camper. Sorted car diagnosed the issueswith the camper. A real lifesaver for our homeward journey.

On the 26.5.2023 i took my car to here was asked what was wrong i said said can you solder a relay switch in a wiper relay they said nah it's the wiper motor motor can do it now i came back.you need new motor nathan rang new wiper motor $1100i said i can half that price

These guys saved our bacon! Amazing customer service. We had trouble on a long road trip with our car loosing power. We called these guys 50km out of Coffs, they slotted us straight away and replaced our alternator in a flash. Champions!

I had an issue with my aircon when travelling north. The team fit me into their busy schedule and sorted me out. The price was very reasonable as well.

Would never use or recommend them. Charged an exorbitant rate @ $165an hour. Twenty-five % markup on parts. Ripped off. Suggest use other auto electrician s on Coffs Harbour

They fixed my electric system in both my narara and my caravan replaced second battery in the truck and caravan as well as all the lights in my caravan great work very pleased with the job highly recommend them

Needed my car urgently repaired to get to my family 500km away as my son had been seriously injured. Nathan went out of his way to source the part needed, car fixed and on my way by the afternoon.

Not Happy. Illegal mounting of light bar. Fixed that problem at our request. Get in car and have wires from cb they installed wrap around my foot when I go to press clutch. Asked them to look at chewed wires under bonnet of our other 4wd, They told us there are no chewed wires. 3 other mechanics found chewed wires. Def would not recommend.

Had an issue with the AC in my Estima.

$150 for a gas refill and I was on my way.

I have been using Nathan for years. Amazing customer service, I went in without an appointment as I had a blown globe in my headlight. Nathan quickly swapped it over for me. I also had concern about a noise my car was making, he inspected and had a spare part there and put it in. While I was waiting he also did a quick check over my car and did a minor service like air in my tyres and water in my bottles. I highly recommend Nathan and his team:)

Rip off. Charged me $400.00 and didn't fix my air conditioning. They said it was fixed but when I picked it up it was worse than before. Department off fair trading will sort them out.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Booked car in with braking system/wiring needing investigation. Told we needed a new braking system. Had new system installed - told it was working. Drove 4 hours to collect new trailer. System not working at all and incorrectly wired. Took back and charged additional labour to fix their stuff up! MASSIVE inconvenience. Not professional, do not recommend.

Asked to have a reverse camera installed and an electrical fault investigated. Turns out they were too busy to do the job after having the car the entire day (organised a lift for this sole purpose). Was told they couldn’t identify the problem, though when I got home, I identified it myself based on some very quick googling. Was also told they were just to busy for the reverse camera installation as well. Was charged 44 dollars, the “minimum charge” for having looked at the car. Joke. Unprofessional and obviously don’t respect the customer. Won’t be going back ever again.
