Great service and fast turn around time. Mac was reinstalled within 24 hours, so a huge thanks to Rob for the fast turnaround and Corwin for the efficient friendly service.

Salesman talked me into buying a refurbished macbook from them. Save a lot of money he said. As good as a new one he said. That'll be $2,000 he said. The computer completely died within about 2 years. I rang to ask if they could look at it for me as I dont think it is fair or reasonable that something costing that much should break down so quickly. "Pay us and we will look at it for you" he said. I will NEVER be purchasing from them again. Last time they deleted all of my wedding pictures when I took my laptop in for a keyboard repair. When I showed despair they did not care at all. These guys only care about what suits them. They don't care about their customers. Not sure how they are still in business.

I know I didn’t get a repair at your repair store but I should’ve because I handed in my iPad 8th generation at the mobile phone doctor for repairs and I got it back today and it cost 160$ and I can count the pixels on the screen my iPad is over heating by just using FRICKING GOOGLE and the home button is hard to press and wiggles so much than before and since you are apple authorised you would’ve been so much better and I’m so livid and sad right now I should’ve gone to you

Great people! I had a problem with my phone and i called up to make an appointment and was told to just pop in. When i arrive there were about 6 people in front of me and the manager came out and he was fantastic he sorted my problem out and nothing was a problem to his whole team

These guys know everything ‘Apple’ and they are always so helpful! I always walk out of there with more knowledge and save so much money. If the problem is simple they will show you how to fix it and if not they will fix the issue at a competitive price.

The service I got from Coffs computers was excellent I dropped it off on Tuesday and got it back Wednesday arvo so I can do my online course on Thursday highly suggest people use this computer store. One of the best stores around the Coffs coast area

In the middle of multiple university assessments and a week out front Christmas, my partners MacBook Pro decided to not charge anymore. Took it in to Coffs Computers on Tuesday morning. The team had the problem diagnosed and new logic board ordered under warranty by the end of the day. We picked up repaired laptop at 3.00 on Thursday!
Incredibly happy with the teams efforts. Their customer service at every turn was impeccable and their response time to our ‘emergency situation’ was more than we could have hoped for.

Went in to get battery replaced on my MacBook, and quoted me $680 + $100 service fee just for a battery replacement (granted that cost is largely Apple’s fault). I gave them the go ahead to service my computer for $100 and ensure it was definitely the battery’s fault.just to be told that they can’t even replace the battery because of their compliance requirements with being an authorised Apple service provider and my computer being “vintage”.

They should have done their due diligence and ensured that after identifying the problem I was already aware of, they’d actually be able to replace it. Generally good people, but this wasn’t a good experience.

Excellent service from Matt and the team including graciously and diplomatically explaining some of the trickier constraints the business has to work within in the specialist environment they work in. This goes a long way in ensuring expectations are clear and disappointment is minimised.

Well done Matt and team. Impressive to see a Coffs Coast business showing these traits.
