Our experience at Mike Blewitt Coffs Coast was pleasant from the staff behind the counter to the guys fixing the car. You turn up and are greeted by Alex then the ladies behind the counter are very helpful and efficient. You can get the courtesy bus to take you home or sit and wait while having a tea or coffee. Time and effort was put in to finding the problem and then fixed. We highly recommend Mike Blewitt.

Outstanding service culture. Alex was sensational. It was so not what I was expecting that I was genuinely shocked. Drop off and pick up painless and the squeaky steering problem was solved and the experience was 10/10.

Just purchased an M-UX through Connor and the process was as smooth as I could have hoped for. From walking in the front door to driving away was great. Vanessa was amazing with the finance side of things and helped set up everything I needed without having to try and sort it myself. Highly recommend

In 2021 I purchased my new Mux and was very excited to have a new car. From day one I noticed that the handbrake would not hold the weight of the vehicle when parked on a hill. The first service at 1500klms came about and I neglected to mention anything about the handbrake to the staff at Mike Blewitt’s, but when the next service came about at 15000klms, I advised the service receptionist about the issue of the handbrake and the mechanics did adjust the brake. This adjustment prevented the handbrake handle from travelling as far as it had previously but did nothing to prevent the vehicle from not rolling on a hill.
At the 30000klm service I again mentioned that the handbrake would not hold, and the mechanics carried out an adjustment as they had previously. After picking up my vehicle and discovering that the vehicle still would not hold the weight of the vehicle on a hill, I called back immediately and complained. Alex received my call and acted upon my complaint straight away by arranging for me to take the vehicle for a test drive with the head mechanic Gary. He was to access the situation with the handbrake and write a report for Isuzu. He agreed that the brake was not satisfactory, and booked the vehicle back in to dismantle the rear brakes and determine what was causing the issue.
Gary, the head mechanic and his team carried out the work and discovered that something within the drum brake assembly was seized and they were able to rectify the issue whilst having the brakes apart. When picking up the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised that the issue had been rectified and that we did not have to go through the lengthy process of dealing with a warranty issue.
The handbrake works really well now, and Alex, Isaac and Gary were very professional in the way they handled the whole situation from go to now. I would like to give the guys a big thankyou again and rate them 10 out of 10 for their efforts.

What a totally amazing experience from time of booking to collection of our MUX. Friendly professional staff delivered an 11/10 experience & a freshly washed/vacuumed car was an added bonus!

Not enough staff onsite, salesman said only two of them so had to run across the road to see us. Maybe update your website could be helpful.
Isuzu is seemingly quite disappointed at the level of assistance we seem to be getting.no help, cant tell you where to get any help, so maybe updating your staff members on some much needed local knowledge of mechanics on a Saturday. We have had nothing but misdiagnosed issues with our car from isuzu and are worried we are causing the motor irrefutable damage. But they couldnt help us or even lend another car to us or anything. They are booked out for 3 weeks, i can understand but what about emergencies? Thanks isuzu appreciate the support.

Connor, is the MAN. I actually ordered another model Dmax but unfortunately with the wait time blowing out I needed one sooner, and he fixed me up with a pristine demo that is top notch, can't recommend him and the team enough.

We booked our 2014 isuzu mux in for a service and to get the tappers checked/ adjusted. We specifically asked that ALL the fluids get changed regardless of the service schedule. We got a phone call asking if we wanted the tappers changed or inspected, we said again inspected and adjusted, to there reply, it will be ready in 1/2 hour.
When we picked up the car the only thing that had been replaced was the engine oil and filter, NOT everything else that we asked for and for the tappets, there was still dust on the top of the engine and no signs of the bolts been undone.
Very disappointing to not have the specific work done that we asked for, we will not be going back and I encourage anyone who wants work done on there car to make sure it’s done.
