Cobra Waste Skip Bins & Recycling Centre

Be very careful I rang to book a bin with this company but was told that the bin would be more expensive because I rang same bin same company more expensive if you dont book on line.

Ironically a trash company with trash customer service. Expensive and pick-up was days late causing disruptions to the work site. The skip bin was dented so badly that the bottom was caved in.

Delivered 2 cubic metre bin instead of the 3 cubic metre bin I ordered and paid for. I had to measure and send photos to prove this. Instead of reimbursing me have now offered another bin for same price.

Not a business, I will ever ever deal in future!
My request was poorly managed by the staff, we organised the skip bin a week ago, Cobra staff called and given option to pay when the drop off the skip bin or over the phone earlier. We opted to pay on day of delivery.
Skip Bin was not delivered, when I called them the service day morning, I was told that I need to pay first before bin is delivered. Paid over phone and was told that bin will be delivered in 45 minutes, waited from 7 am until 1.00 pm to get the bin, manager was extremely rude and has no manners speaking to customers - staff was still better.

Never ever use this company.
Where using them on a regular basis to have them pick a day early and try to charge me to have it brought back out.
The management are rude, unprofessional and constantly making excuses to try to shift blame.
I can’t believe these guys are still in business.
I will be following up with fair trading and by judging on their reviews so far I can see I’m definitely not the only person this company has taken advantage of.

Do not I mean do not use these guys ever.

Best value for money skip bins. Over the past 12 months, Ive hired 8 skip bins from Cobra. Mostly 4 marrel but with 3s and 3s here and there.

I cannot find another skipbin provider in Western Sydney that is cheaper than this company. Best value hands down.

Also, the variety of waste that they accept is more than competitors. Soil / clay is not something many competitors are willing to take. Also, other companies restrict type of waste too much. You gotta hire a skip bin for bricks only, soil only, bla bla. This company you mostly dump it all in one bin.

Delivery has ALWAYS been on time / schedule.

Pick up hasnt always been on schedule. Sometimes a day late and one time a day early (early was rather annoying as I had some space leftover). But I keep going back because at the end of the day, its best value for money.

The drivers and admin staff are super nice too.

Cobra Skips are the most appalling, perfidious, unreliable, tardi company ever to be in business. Just try them out and see for yourself.

I highly recommend cobra waste solutions as they were very professional and great customer service they made it an easy transaction from start to finish and I will be using them again thank you cobra waste.

Extremely poor experience.sneaky hidden charges as well as delays.

Ordered the bin for drop off as early as possible and they advised it would arrive between 7am-12pm.

After 3 follow up calls and 3 x paid labourers waiting around for the bin it arrived at 1.30pm.

Once the bin was due to be collected they asked what was inside the 6 cube bin which I advised it was bricks and dirt they then proceeded to tell me that it had a 4 tonne limit and i will be charged a $250 surcharge if over 4 tonnes which was not advised when ordering nor was it listed on any fine print on the invoice. The next day I found an additional $380 taken from my card with no calls to advise. I called up and they said that due to it being “grossly” over weight (with no proof shown) they had to charge me for 2 tonnes over at a cost of $380 dollars, so a 6 cube bin cost me over $1200 dollars even when they decided to show up at 1.30pm that day.

Will definitely not use them in the future.

Very Incompetent and very unprofessional. They admin is very inefficient. They did not sent an invoice, Did not pick up for over a week damaging our lawn and not to mention overpriced.

First time using Cobra for skip bin hire. Bin delivered promptly. Staff were extremely helpful in getting the bin picked up on my tight schedule. Will certainly use Cobra again for my next bin hire. Highly recommended.

Being coporate with Cobra bins for a while. They are really reliable and profesional. Thank you for all the assitant from Cobra waste Slip bins.
Do not hesitated to give them a call if you have any recycle or waste management inquires.

I spoke this morning with Lora, the manager, about a weeks' extra delayed pickup of a small skip bin. They don't seem to keep their word. In the morning they say will be picking up in the afternoon and when the drivers didn't turn up and then you call they say they can't guarantee the time. Don't think this company know what they're doing and I find quite unreliable and irresponsible. Hence wouldn't recommend to anyone and advise to steer clear of them. Reliability and guarantee on the word is the key when it comes to any service like this as the projects we all depend on runs with time and a simple skip bin shouldn't be holding up your whole project (now I can't get in or out because this is blocking better part of the drive way and other deliveries are reluctant to bring large items in due to this).
