I found the whole team a pleasure to work with but Greg Woo was particularly outstanding, helpful and supportive during times when assistance was needed during some construction and renovations and liased well between myself and the landlord in a generous and friendly fashion making life easier for all. I had a very pleasant experience with Cobden and Hayson, Anna made the process easy to understand and was very quick with responses to all my queries. The inspection was done professionally but also in a relaxed and easy going tone, the lovely agent who helped us was incredibly sweet and friendly. As a first time renter, I can say that the whole process was smooth and the least stressful part of moving.
