I have been trying to inspect a property managed by Joshua but struggled to get any answer from him. The open house inspection finaly got scheduled for times 12: 30-12: 45, I arrived at 12: 43 due to traffic, there was noone around and I wasn't able to reach the woman who was supposed to be present. Luckily, I managed to get through to Joshua who informed me that his colleague had to leave to another inspection before this one was even finished. Joshua further offered me to send him my email address to inform me about alternative inspection times. I never heard from him again, the property is now gone and the rental price was increased at their website the same day proving their dodginess.

A BIG thank you once again for all Santos hard work in the forefront and behind the scenes in getting our townhouse in Leichhardt to market and to such a great auction result. Santos proved very professional from the outset, kept us informed from day 1 and provided a remarkable effort on our behalf. His knowledge and insights of the area proved invaluable. We have not had very good experience with a real agent agent recently but Santos and his brother Frank have restored our confidence that there really are Real Estate Agents out there who are working very hard for best and fair outcome.

Like most of the other comments here regarding renting through Cobden and Hayson, it was a truly horrible experience. I don't even need to expand upon it, because the other 1-star reviews here speak volumes about how much the business cares about rental tenants (honestly, less than the scum on the bottom of their shoes). Stay. Away.

Professional and very helpful, The best thing i can say for this agency is they are really helpful specially during the hardtime when covid-19 happen, they help us to find the solution for our problem.
