Really happy with the service given from Cobbitty Blinds. From the first phone call through to installation, they were nothing but professional. The quality of the blinds is fantastic and the price was even better. They came highly recommended and I will be passing this recommendation on to my family and friends as well.

I am so happy with the service i received from these guys. I had my whole house done and i absolutely love it. We had a minor hiccup with our retractable screen but it was dealt with in a professional manner.

very poor customer service, they took four weeks to install my vertical blinds though they promised to install them within 2-3 weeks.when I questioned about this the person who answered the phone (Renee) told 'do you ask me to come with a drill' and hung up my call.very rude customer service I got for a paid service.she also ignored my request for talking to the manager/owner. I've been waiting for a week and none of the responsible person contacted me.during our first visit to the shop and Gerdina served us and she was really nice and I actually decided to go with this company as this is a local business. But I'm very disappointed with the customer service they provided afterward (especially the phone operator who is very rude). Unfortunately I won't recommend this company to any of my family an friends as when things go wrong there is no one to take responsibilities.

I'm really pleased with my sheer curtain, it is just beautiful. Cobbitty Blinds were very accomodating with times for measuring and quoting and very prompt in completing and installing. Would definitely recommend

Cobbitty blinds are reliable efficient and the completed job looks fantastic. They have put shutters clip lock blinds screen doors and a sheer curtain. The finsh looks great.

Terrible customer service. Long lead times, when they tell you 6-8 weeks don't believe them. They do not tell you your order will be delayed and when you ask them why the answers you get are "What do you want me to do" and apparently "They cant call all their customers"

What a joke! Made us wait 4 weeks to get a Saturday appointment and then didn't show up on time. It's like they didn't even want the job. Our job was small but still worth 3k and I don't think they really care about small jobs. If you've got a small job or any job for that matter don't even bother with Cobbitty Blinds. If someone can't show up at the agreed time then they don't deserve my business. Very disappointing.

Excellent service from this family owned company. Staff in the office and sales person are great to deal with and the installer did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. The price was very reasonable also.
