Poorly managed, very unprofessional customer service skills will never have them come into my home again and they turned very rude when I addressed that I was unhappy with the quality of the clean I would give NO stars if I could! Would NOT recommend!

Do not employ these cleaners. They will do a half job and then refuse to come back and fix things that they said they would. They turn extremely rude and nasty when challenged on their promises

I have thought long and hard about posting this review. I employed this biz to do a 'spring clean' of my house, in its entirety.
I was happy to pay what it took, I just wanted some help with my big home overhaul.
Team was meant to arrive at 10am, and I was called about 10: 10am to say that they were shorty staffed (which I understand, but surely the call could have come earlier?).
I was given the option to come short staffed to which they could do what they can, or to organise for another day.
I had arranged a schedule around this spring clean (which I was excited about!), so I choose to get what was possible done.
There was 3 cleaners in my home during the day that, of course, couldn't do the entire clean, but even what was done wasn't done well.
Windows half done, splatter marks on the floor boards, and skirting boards had done, when I asked about furniture not being moved, I was met with the answer that they don't move furniture to get behind things, and that one of the cleaners has a bad back.
I am sympathetic to this situation, but not really something that I should be paying for.
The cleaners left equipment out the front of my house and dirty rags in the bedroom floors.
When I bought up my issues, staff were so rude to me.
I was happy to pay more for the clean and have cleaners come back to finish the job, but there was absolutely no allowance for the jobs that were only half done.
In fact, what I bought up the rags, I was met with 'do you still have them? We keep them'.
They were not interested in what I had to say at all.
Its a shame, I was very excited about my spring clean and was happy to overlook the staffing issue (it happens), I just couldn't believe the half done job, and being dismissed when I bought it up.

I used Coastline Cleaning Services to spring clean my office. It really needed a good overhaul and I needed it done with minimal disruption.

I handed them the keys, briefed them on key areas I really needed done, and left them to achieve a miracle.

They did an incredible job; efficient, effective and highly professional. I couldn't have asked for better.

And to add icing to the cake, they explained some unknown issues that could have cost me dearly if they hadn't spotted them, as well as taking care of areas that harbour bacteria, which I may have been making staff more prone to catching common bugs.
