Great job by these guys. Chris is easy to deal with and very prompt. Cleaned up after the trees were removed. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this business to prune or trim trees. They quoted me $1600 to crown lift my tree and obviously have no idea of what a "crown lift" is. Shocking service and complete rip off.stear clear of this company.

I am a retired Interior Designer on a disability pension now and need to warn customers about this company. I will let you know as best I can of my aweful experience with Coastal Tree Care.

Earlier this year after the flooding events I had a leaky roof in my sons bedroom. The ses fixed the inital problem with the roof so water didn't leak into my sons bedroom and then I had a roof company fix the problem for me. The ses however advised me that it would be best to have a few small branchs of my tree that were touching the roof removed.

The huge gorgeous tree was the focal point of my entire property as it is over 100 years old and created a stunning canopy over my entire home.

I was hesitant to have any branches cut as the tree was stunning but thought it best I take the ses advice.

My handyman referred me to Chris from Coastal Tree Care. Chris seemed like a lovely man when I met him and the job was agreed on to cut a few small branches of the tree that were touching the roof and "crown lift" the tree just a tiny bit so it was all level along the bottom of the canopy.

Well everything went wrong. All I can say is I am absolutely devistated with the job they did, they cut half the tree that created a canopy over my home and never cut it as described when they quoted the job. I am so upset as now the one beautiful feature of my property is gone. There is no longer a gorgeous canopy over my home as it was butchered. It has effected me that much that each day when I walk in the front gate I am constantly distressed about it.

I just don't understand why they cut such a huge portion of the tree that was never meant to be cut. They never crown lifted the tree at all, just cut half of it down so now it looks aweful.

At 52 years of age I intend to live here till I die or go into a nursing home but will never ever get over this. Every day I feel constantly upset about this. Its so wrong of these men to just come in willy nilly and chop away without double checking with me about the job.

They cut an entire tree down for my neighbour across the street just before my job so maybe they were just in the mood to chop and chop again. I must say for the record that I found there job unprofessional and most distressing.

I have comtemplated suing them but I feel enough stress over this every day that I feel it to difficult to go through that entire process.

Well thats my story, I have never written a negative review in my life but felt it important to advise local people. My advise is to make sure you triple check and watch these men as they cut your tree to ensure they don't do anything like this ever again.

It was like something out of a movie. We had x4 10-15 meter trees, Gum and Pine in the back of our 520 square meter yard which is in close proximity of other dwellings. Despite the space these guys cut down these trees so quickly and with so much precision and efficiency It took them no time at all.
