Coastal Thai (Location at Unanderra)

Unfortunately, I am forced to give a poor rating. Not on food as it is always lovely. The service is and lack of attention to detail is failing. We order delivery quite often and too many times now we receive our order with missing dishes. We always give them the benefit of the doubt but it happened yet again tonight. We called and the first call there was lack of empathy, I called back quite angry, they sent the delivery driver out with a refund for the food we didn’t receive. Definitely an unhappy customer.
