Absolutely exceptional service. I called Office National this morning to ask about their office chairs and telling them I would be coming in on my lunch break from work. Patrick asked me a lot of questions over the phone including my price range, what the chair is for, how tall I am etc. Upon arrival, Patrick was extremely friendly and had all the chairs ready for me to try out. He listened to my needs and went above & beyond what I expected. I left feeling happy and with a chair that was already put together & set up the way I wanted it to be.
