Geoffs service was amazing, there wasn't a plant he didn't know about or a question he couldn't answer. Would definitely recommend!
Geoff is irresponsible. 6 months ago we asked him for a quote to cut 10% on a gum tree, he then cut down a complete other tree and some branches on yet another. When I asked him what he was doing, apparently that was what was agreed upon. There was no quote submitted to strata for approval so I didn't approve this, nor did the other owners. Then he asks if we wanted a quote for the gum to which I responded "that was what you were supposed to do in the first place". Fast forward to this past week and he came around to quote some trees to cut down. Saturday morning a tree at the front of the property was cut down, again without any quote submitted to strata for approval. After trying to contact him twice today no response. I would never recommend Geoff to anyone because you don't know what will happen!
