I have been taking my van their for service for the last fours years and Harry, his two sons Brendon and Daniel are such pefectionists in all their work.

Everyone that wirks there are very helpful and friendly.

The quality of workmanship is second to none.

I recently had the front protection cover of my Jayco come away because Jayco do not do a quality job.

The team at Coastal Caravan Clinic this week when my van was in for its service fabricated a special full width bracket to permanently repair the cover.

Well, if it wasn’t for these guys we wouldn’t have been able to collect our new caravan. Being newbies we missed a simple yet mandatory connection from our car. Without hesitation Brendan and Julie stepped up and fitted the part so we could collect our dream van. Very responsive and helpful in diagnosis and fixing reversing camera issues. Also have had mechanical repairs and servicing done, all high quality workmanship and friendly staff. They are a very popular and extremely busy business so bookings are essential and wait times for new jobs can be 4 - 6 weeks. But worth the wait.

Brenden and all the staff were just amazing) we broke our door lock and fridge vent while away in the central coast. Not only did the team book us in they did the work on the spot so we could continue our holiday safely. They really know there stuff and have a wonderful factory and store full of goodies to buy. Thanks Again to the team, I recommend everyone to this business.

I want to thank Julie and Harry for phenomenal Service yesterday, we just come back from a four day weekend when a man crashed into our caravan and rode it off. They patched up our van for no cost so we could take it back to Storage while the insurance company did what they needed to do. Within two hours of calling them they took a look at the van, put through the insurance paperwork and patched it up! After a severely hard year and the heartbreak we had letting go of our van, it’s made wonderful memories for us, we couldn’t be more grateful for their service, the understanding and their compassion.

The service was outstanding, something I have not experienced in a long time. Made a call about my gas fridge, asked to drop in and they dealt with it immediately.

We had an incident towing our caravan which required urgent repairs so we could continue on our trip. We picked CCC out of the phone book as they close by and upon contacting them at midday they agreed to have our van dropped off by tow truck and would do their best to get us back on the road quickly. They were wonderful, every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and encouraging. As soon as the van arrived to them they plugged it in to power without us having to ask, this courtesy saved our fridge and freezer food stuffs. By 3pm that day they had repaired brake drums and wheel bearings and had us back on the road. The amount we paid was very fair and with the excellent service they provided we were just so pleased we chose them to help us in our emergency. We are back on the road now continuing our holiday, thanks CCC.

I got a DC2DC charger installed in my camper trailer, along with a few other maintenance items. Brenden was excellent to deal with.very knowledgeable, helpful and flexible around install arrangements. On the day of install I had a number of calls from Adam to discuss possible solutions, and it was obvious he was very passionate about the work. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the results, and would have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

I will always go back. They are very helpful, will always go the extra step. Nice family operation.

Staff are in a rush when trying to ask a question or they have to go and get somebody else to help you. Alittle pricey it's the only one on the Central Coast.
