Stephen was so efficient and his communication was excellent. We had flooding from our en-suite that went through to the carpets of our bedroom. Stephen came on late notice and took care of it all, including return visits to complete a thorough professional job. What a brilliant service, after our first company dropped out without notice they fitted us in the following day to clean our lounges and carpets. The service was perfect and Stephen was honest about what to expect-then exceeded our expectations, our lounges look new-cant believe how well they came up and the carpets look like they've never been walked on.
