I've been using CNR services for many years now, they're very efficient with my work. Through out the years they've provided me with the best service! With thorough discussions with them, i am able to receive the highest returns.

They are money eaters
Too much fees, i have been there for 3 years after going to other tax agent i became to know they charged too much, they provide you less information and take too much money

Do not use these people!
I was given poor advice by these people and have had to pay back twice to the tax office due to their incompetence.
I told the tax agent that I was in a defacto relationship as on a defacto visa. The agent then marked me as 'single' which clearly I was not.
The company has admitted that it was their tax agents error (see below)
'Error is on the part of our staff member who has prepared your tax return'
All I get is an apology and a reduction for the next year? Do not use these people.

Not a good experience with this firm. They charge around $30 to $40 more than other tax consultants and their tax agents are not very cooperative. You don't get the worth of your money for what you pay. Their tax agents are not very cooperative as well. I don't have a problem with they playing safe, but it's altogether a different matter when they don't put the effort for getting you all your eligible tax benefits.

I went to them through one of my friends, but my experiences were not that good. When I compared my colleagues' tax returns prepared by other tax agents, there were many other eligible exemptions that they did not even took time to explain to me. I did my own research and found that I got atleast $500 less than what I would have got if I availed all the eligible benefits.

Look for somewhere else, and save your money!
