I was referred to this law firm by my friend for property dispute matter. It has been almost two months and till date I have had no response. The lawyer at CM asked me to email him contract of sale and settlement papers but has had no courtesy to respond back. Very poor service. Disappointed

AT a time of incredible chaos in the housing market, Alex and Leah responded to all of our issues in a timely and patient manner. They organised the sale and purchase of two homes in 2021. We felt we were in good hands.

The best decision I made when purchasing my first property was engaging CM Lawyers as our legal representatives. Alex and Leah were exceptionally knowledgeable, guided as through the process, and, above all, friendly and easy to communicate with. Alex Sapounas has successfully acted for me though 5 of my house Sales and New Buys and he has kept me well informed of progress every step of every house. Recently he took on a Conveyancing Paralegal, Ms Leah Kekatos and her management of the fine details was nothing short of superlative. Through the hundreds of required documents, searches and affidavits, she caught one minor piece of paper I had not signed. In doing so she ensured that Settlement went ahead on time and without a single hiccup. My partner used CM lawyers about two months ago for some of her work, and their service is quite poor. Alex was certainly knowledgable enough to get the work done, but the hidden charges, unresponsiveness and poor communication was totally unexpected. Value for money is not worth it.

Their call centre agent is the worst. She didn't pay attention to our questions and the answers were extremely ambiguous and useless.

Outstanding and as smooth as silk. We have been using CM Lawyers for all of our property transactions and there has never been an issue, indeed the service and attention to detail has be great.
