I booked a table today, when we arrived the restaurant was crowded, many Christmas parties.
The line to order was long, after ordering our meals arrived in a short time, hot n delicious!
Staff very friendly & helpful ….

Overall the experience was mediocre, the staff and environment was amazing, however the food was extremely underwhelming. I ordered a steak with garlic prawns in the side (which cost $10 extra) just to receive 4 small prawns that tasted like nothing special. Furthermore the steak (medium) was well overcooked and it was extremely tough whilst my friends steak (medium rare) was so undercooked it was closer to raw than rare. The chips and salad were also minimal, however when we asked for the steak to be cooked a bit more, they brought out a new steak with chips and salad that was cooked way better then previously. I’d say this is a good gather spot but food wise you definitely could and should get much better food for the price.

The restaurant presents well cooked dishes, delivered quickly a little bit above similar dishes at other clubs in area.

I attended twice as part of conference arrangements. A reception where all were served efficiently and a dinner. The dinner selection by the organisers was delicious and the presentation including the fact the meals were hot when delivered. Well done.

Don't go there. The place is full of old cliques and bullies on both sides of the bar who will try to make things unpleasant for you inside the club and outside in the wider community. The female promtions person is the most offensive customer service person I have ever had to endure. I complained to management in writing and received a sarcastic reply. Be very careful who you talk to, and be very careful who you don't talk to. There's many fragile egos in that place.

Great Melbourne cup luncheon, music was great in The Cove not overly crowded, easy to put a bet on, also great sweepstakes room to move, no big line ups will definitely do Melbourne Cup here again, great staff in the Viva restaurant beautiful food had by 8 of us, such friendly and caring staff,

Nice staff as always. I ordered thurs seafood plate. No flavour. And squid crumb was extremely floury. Cocktails on the other hand, amazing!

Food was below average, Tammy the server gave us some of the best customer service I've ever recieved

It's a typical club, it's our club! Can be overcrowded on special draw times. Good club discount. Comfortable chairs, cool in Summer and nice and warm in Winter. *Changes are underway, will they benefit members? Boring beers, ZIVA good, cafe and coffee great!

I am not happy at all with the service of these people I came to the ary for dinner after working 12hrs just for my food to not show up I then went and ask why my food hasn’t arrived and get told that it was put at the table next to me and is still there 30 mins after putting it there not happy at all

Moderately priced food and drinks. Great for lunch dinner and good entertainment options week to week

Not happy at all with this place absolute joke out 3 meals on completely different tables and no one let us know what so ever couldn’t get a replacement either for any of the meals the waiter was rude and had attitude

Disappointed by essential karaoke with skye.my friend first sang as a duo and approached a second time when another person’s partner didn’t turn up but was rudely told not sing again; yet later in the night 5 people who had already sang, were up again as soloists.i don’t care if they’re regulars, aside from my friend, it means other people miss out if they’d wanted to sign up.really killed the mood and overall experience.

We had lunch there with our grandmother. I would recommend end the barramundi. Great customer service.

Had to remind them that we're waiting for dessert, after waiting half an hour for it left it basically untouched. Was not worth the money or wait. Cold and honestly not enjoyable or nice taste. Main meal was nice, quite small sides.

Had dinner and it was very delicious and the service was quick and could see how the chef an his staff worked well together.and we stayed for the music the band roll again they are awesome seen them many times everyone was having a great nite.all staff were very friendly an with a smile which was nice to see

We went to a function today for a wedding celebration. Suzie was so amazing and so accomodating to my son who has autism and very restrictive eating. Suzie went out of her way to organise some hot chips and a special desert for him. Thank you so much! It is always a little difficult going to functions and you made it all so much easier.

Always a good and enjoyable experience as we visit this club twice a week, as well as great service and food their covid precautions are paramount too.
