Cloud Wash Laundromat

Went to cloudwash at Kogarh to get my curtains washed and I found the laundromat very clean and their staff particularly Olivia very helpful and she provided great customer service

Took 2 pairs of shoes for a clean. Amazing job and even better service. Highly recommended.

Super clean. Lots of bench space. They've supplied power points so I can do my work while waiting. I found the staff friendly and helpful. They did this place up quite nice. Really different to the other laundromat in Riverwood. They have a drop off service which I might use in future.

Five star the young lady washed and dry my clothes they smell lovely and there service is excellent please go there you wont be disappointed thank you for your service.

So happy to have found Cloud Wash Laundromat. Staff is very helpful, friendly and nice. The lights are bright, there is a large table inside, which is very helpful if you want to work on lap top while waiting. I received such a great service and I could not be happier:)

Cloud Wash is amazing value and the owners are soooo nice, they can't do enough for you! It's open til 11pm which is so convenient for me and all the washers and dryers are brand new and everything is super clean. I highly recommend!

My partner attempted to politely provide some feedback regarding the advice we received months ago that unfortunately resulted in an expensive rug from Japan being burned in numerous places. This was provided to a man and lady who appear to be the owners. She was met with an overly defensive, rude and disrespectful number of responses from the lady present, that was akin to interrogation and dismissal. She used statements like ‘why are you telling us this story’, repeatedly in rude dismissive tones. Attempting to excuse and defend their expertise and advice while trying desperately to portray us as to blame for the mistake. It was clear that she didn’t want to listen, she just wanted to divert blame.

The man present actually resorted to ushering my partner outside to calm the situation and apologised for the behaviour she had just experienced. I believe I had dealt with this man when I had previously visited when the damage to the rug had occurred. He had been so polite at the time that I had decided not to make an issue out of the mistake. My partner had only wished to provide feedback for other customers benefit so that more caution was taken in the recommendations provided in future.

I would recommend that the lady owner (if you are an owner) reflect and reconsider your atrocious behaviour, and the manner in which you treat customers in future.

We won’t be returning, which is unfortunate because the man we dealt with was very polite and respectful.

To other prospective customers I would recommend remembering what I have said here before taking your business to and dealing with this lady.

Excellent laundry service in a handy location!
Easy to use self-serve machines, quick and efficient, beddings were very clean and fresh. Lovely owner! Will definitely be using it again!

The best service all the time! The staff are so lovely.thank you so much for taking the load off me as I am disabled with 3 kids! My clothes come back nicely folded smells so good comes packed in a plastic bag! I can’t fault anything! Definitely will be using this service all the time!

Under $20 to wash and dry a decent load of washing. It's clean and relaxed too.
It's quite small though, which is fine for now, but if they get more popular it might be hard to get a washer.

Super friendly, affordable, great pick up and delivery laundry service! I was looking for a laundry service who would help me with pick up, wash, dry and deliver my mink blanket and quilt. A quick phone call and that's it! Highly recommend their service.

I can't comment on the self-serve so this review is for the bag wash service which has been a pleasure. Jayson is very accommodating and it's been a great help to get the bulky bedding items clean and dried by their large machines.

The place is very clean and the owners are so friendly and kind. The wash & fold service is very affordable too. Many places nearby to grab a food and coffee as well while you wait.
