Replaced the battery in my old Macbook Air in 20 mins. Fast and friendly local service. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a certain travel router for a while but wasn't lucky during my trip along the east coast. Then I stumbled over this little shop in Byron Bay because we had a pizza next door.
I did not expect much but was blown away by the choice of products as well as the service.
They have a great choice of products available, from cables over (mobile) routers, SSD, Kindle, hubs, they service and repair,
The one special product I was looking for wasn't available, but Shooya (the super nice guy on the photo) ordered it for me with lead time "within a week".
Two days later, I got a call that my GLi-net router was ready to pick up.
Again.the guys in the big stores didn't even know what this was.
If you are in need of good technical advice, a repair, a new gadget, or a friendly smile I highly recommend these guys!
. And by the way: they even are cheaper than most others.

This shop has helped me out so many times in all different situations and challenges. The owner and the staff are outstandingly caring and really want to deliver the best and most personalised service.

Excellent, friendly service at reasonable prices. My only issue is, although staff are very knowlegable, clients like me who are naive when it comes to technology need more assistance, even if it costs a little more.

Sold me a fake Apple charger that sparked and broke the charging port on my MacBook Air. Took it to Nimrod (the owner) and he was disgustingly rude. Speaking to other locals it seems to be a common experience. Terrible service and faulty products - best to avoid this place.

Beware! The guy running this place is deeply disturbed. He screams at customers, is incredibly rude and has no concept of customer service. I suggest it’s actually a dangerous atmosphere to be anywhere near this out of control creature. His behaviour I witnessed, not just towards myself but to other customers, was truly close to assault, not to mention his disgusting language. Avoid at all costs.

DON'T TRUST THEM/ RUDE AND STOLE FROM ME
I took my Macbook pro to reset bc it got stuck doing a software update. They gave me an initial quote and then asked me for an extra $50 to save my data bc apparently it was taking them extra time. I paid full price and they lost EVERYTHING in my computer. The mistake was not the issue, I could understand this, but the way the owner talked to when I asked for an explanation was unacceptable.
I was with my baby sleeping in my arms and he yelled at me, made my baby cried even though I kept asking to lower his voice. Didn't give me a refund and laughed in my face. So rude, a disgusting person, hope i never see his face again.

If it wasn’t for your incredible patience and IT knowledge, I would still be on a quest to find the perfect dongle.
I could not be more satisfied with the service at Clix Computer Centre and would recommend them to anyone who is on the hunt for the best IT solutions for their business.

Not sure anyone could process the barrage of requests that walk thru the doors of Clix as fast and curteously as Nimrod! His ability to 'triage' & attend to multiple customer needs, is exceptional.and he does it all with such style! Techies in the back are pretty brilliant too.

The owner yelled at my partner with our 4 month old baby after we asked for money back from a service this business did not provide.so unprofessional and no communication skills.took our laptop in and they lost all the files and kept saying "i think" we fixed it.clearly don't know what they are doing.do not recommend.

UPDATE - You can clearly see from the way nimrod replies to bad reviews as to how he treats customers, we have now taken this to fair trading as nimrod is unapproachable and has the communication skills of a 4 year old.

Love Clix! So helpful, sold me a great little set-up to improve my home ergonomic situation and happily intervened when I over-thought the set-up process. That Nimrod is a great chat. A very open-hearted lovely person and we had some funny banter. Thank you - much appreciated <3
