Do not get dimmer lights from this place! They make you sign contract saying they may flicker (may flicker) but don't explain that it's a 90 percent chance they will flicker.

We are building our dream home with Provincial Homes who hah arranged for us to have our electrical appointment with Kenzie Fonua (Clipsec Consultant) on Friday 16.10.2020 afternoon. It was a very enjoyable four hours experience with Kenzie who patiently took us through our electrical plan. Kenzie is very knowledgeable and is an expert in his field. Kenzie is a first class Clipspec Consultant that had our best interest at heart. Kenzie educated and advised us on the various options that we should consider for our electrical plan. Thank you Kenzie for such a wonderful experience.

One of the most important appointment during house build and Kenzie @ Clipsal Marsden Park help us a lot during the 3 hrs meeting. He guide us and explain everything in detail and make sure we covered everything without blowing our budget so much. Thanks again Clipsal team!

Kenzie made horrible errors on our electrical plan that made the work for the electricians very difficult, he then took no accountability when a complaint was raised with him. Basically said I took lights off our own electrical plan after the fact that our plan was finalised. Sometimes consultants make mistakes, but when they take no responsibility it can ruin a brand especially when they think they are bulletproof, avoid him like the plague.

The process was great. Ken was informative and helpful. He guided us through the whole process and was open and honest about how we could make the electrical side suit our needs. We never once felt pressured. Great experience!

Amazing experience and Kenzie is very knowledgable. Able to answer our questions and guide us when placing our inclusions within our new house. Highly recommended

I would like to thank Nicole Mondon from Clipsal for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond any of our expectations to organise an electrical consultation for our new property being built.

We where on a tight timeline and she took time outside of her standard workday to accomodate our requests. Her product knowledge was exceptional and she really understood our vision and what we wanted to achieve.

The communication during the process to finalise the plans was remarkable as she made her self available at all times and worked tirelessly to bring it all together.

I am not one to write reviews, but what Nicole did was way beyond our expectations and deserves to be recognised.
