Sam and his crew knows what they are doing and are really experience. They will go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with the installation. We had the aircon pump making a bit of noise from the vibration, Sam took the problem very seriously and came quickly fix it. Highly recommended.

Just so disappointed that I paid so much money for maintenance & according to technician, who was so so obliging, nothing wrong with either air conditioner. Waste of time & my money.

I have used Climacool for two of my home installs and on both occasions, they have been impeccable. Great service and with Sam and his team, they go out of their way, above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Trust these guys. They know what they're talking about, and they give unbiased advice. Units are fine but communication was poor and the installation is just a mess.
We're now having to get a different contactor out to fix it.
More specifically, one unit was installed off centre of the wall which is just a pain to look at and there was no reason for this. Outside we specifically asked for nothing on the balcony which didn't seem to be an issue but they installed it on the balcony?
They also turned off our freezer without communication which was storing breast milk.
And then attempted to over charge us, which they did correct but still.

Climacool where professional & very friendly. Once they knew what repairs were needed they completed the job on time. Their work comes with a warranty and their rates are reasonable.

While installing a split system A/C may normally be straight forward, our job turned out to be a bit trickier. Not knowing or anticipating this, I expected the team to reasonably call it a day, regroup, and come back another time... But they didn't. I was genuinely impressed with the diligence and commitment of Abdul and his crew. They came to complete a task and they put in a lot of extra effort to sort things out. Very happy with the outcome, very happy with the work they did, and very happy that they went above and beyond to make things work.

This is our 2nd time using ClimaCool and we are very happy with service and price. The quote was very competitive and once accepted installation was arranged for the following week. Kay, Koda and Marco arrived on time and proceeded to explain the installation before they removed the old units and replaced with the new before cleaning up and demonstrating the features of the new unit.

I was quite worried about damaging walls, but the team did not damage a thing in my home.

A few years ago - I had a different company install my airconditioner in the living room, they did not meet the Australian Guidelines & the outdoor trunking was horribly installed and most outdoor piping was exposed. Jay and Sam rectified his work and made it look brand new!

Got the non functioning ducted unit working. Looks like some parts will need to be replaced to avoid further issues. Will see how that pans out.

We haven't been back to the office since the repair a few months ago [as all working from home] but it was fixed and in working order immediately after the repair. I was very happy with the communication and response to fix the issue.

Jay and Sam were excellent to deal with, prompt to answer questions and provide quote revisions / options. The installation service was thorough and pain free. We have an older house with brittle ceilings yet they managed to install 7 grilles without any damage.

Great team, very professional, arrived on time & also left the site clean of rubbish when they finished.
