Just moved in our dream home, As I sit down pondering over the events of the past months, I cannot stop myself from sharing our experience of clever home development.
We met Walid and and from the word go, he has just been amazing with his clear communication, professionalism, flexibility and time keeping.
Walid guided us through the entire process, made changes to the maximum possible as per our needs. Walid and his team have been very accommodating to our requirements as well as certain constraints.
We met as needed for planning, designing, discussions throughout the entire building process. As we both are working full time, Walid took our time for us during weekend and out of the hours.
Clever home team have kept us in the loop with adequate weekly updates and progress reports.

I could not speak more highly of Walid and the team at Clever Home Developments. We purchased our home which was a near new build by Clever Home Developments. There is not a single person that walks into our home that doesn’t comment on how incredible it is. No cent has been spared on the quality and details within the home. Not only is the home magnificent, the customer service I have received since purchasing the home has been very impressive and really speaks volumes about the care and dedication Walid has for his work and his clients. He has gone out of his way multiple times to help us out when we’ve needed it despite having no responsibility to do so. When my partner and I eventually move on from our current home, we will most certainly be getting Clever Home to build our new home.

Walid is a professional and more experienced builder who aligns with my expectation of building my dream house. Though we did not know the construction, he guided us on every stage, from brick selection to every material of our house. He is also very flexible, and I appreciate his effort in going for every project milestone (working on weekends to accommodate our busy schedule). He covers every stage of the project much ahead of schedule. He has no restriction on reaching the site at any time during construction and making corrections according to the house and our expectations.

I also like to state one of the critical members of the team - Wahid. He will always go the extra mile to satisfy customers, including suggestions, innovative ideas, follow-up and validating outcomes with us. Dedication, hard work and ensuring delivery on time are assets of Wahid.

Everyone in the team is very strong and experienced in getting customer expectations completely and incorporating feedback if any recommendations from us.

Overall, the experience, knowledge and peace of mind we received from Walid & team are exceptional, and I recommend it to anyone who would like to fulfil their dream house wishes.

They build custom homes indeed. From the floor plan to finishing, they were super patient with us and permitted many changes even when it was almost too late in the building process. They respected our choices and with their experience in the industry, led us to make the right choices in the areas where we had no idea or experience. Their recommendations were never one of those easy-way-outs. They always chose the best for us. It is evident that they know how to build to suit all lifestyles.

The team is easy to reach and easy to talk to and with all the challenges of COVID-19 lockdowns, shortage of materials and workers, and many rainy days, they managed to finish our beautiful house on time.

I can't speak highly enough about Clever Home Developments. From the time we engaged with Walid his communication was excellent and clear.

We got detailed quotes from pretty much all the volume builders and Clever Home Developments was able to provide the most competitive quote for the build.

Walid was confident with what he could offer. He truly believed in his quality and standards and this instilled confidence in us to go with him and his crew.

The house is beautiful. There were some changes we requested in the middle of the build. Usually a builders nightmare! I'm sure Walid felt the pressure of it but to us, he was cool, calm, and took all our requests in his stride. He was so incredibly patient and polite with everything. He was clear about what we could do and open to all our suggestions so we could always make an informed choice.

From the the slab phase, we were in love. Even our slab was beautiful! We started our build in August 2020 and it was completed for us to move in by Christmas 2020. Walid pushed hard to give us our house by Christmas and it was these personal considerations that helped us feel important and cared for.

The choice of builders are plenty. We are so glad that we chose Clever Home Developments. Friends and family who have visited the house have all noticed and commented on the high quality of the build.

I work for the largest flooring retailer and thats how I met Walid.

We have over 150 builders whom we do their flooring, you name the builder we have them on board.
Every time that I have spoken with their clients over the last 11 years, nearly most of them had some thing to complain about, mainly communication and hidden cost issues.

I always wondered what will happened to our home once our land registered as I was excited but nervous at the same time.

I got a fair few quotes going back and forth with some big hot shot builders.

However they seemed to either lack in communication or hidden costs which always made me uncomfortable to proceed further.

In comparison every time I spoke to clients that came from Clever Home Developments for their colour selection, they always seemed to be very excited, happy, confident and comfortable.

I thought about it, spoke to my wife And we decided to book an appointment to seek some information to see what Walid has got to offer.

Once we spoke to Walid the initial quote/cost estimate was in my email within 3.5 days to be exact as it was promised.

I called same evening to arrange for a second meeting which was after hours due to my work commitments but Walid happily agreed to see us.

After second meeting we felt very comfortable as Walid was very professional, had very clear communication and was very transparent to our needs and concerns.
So we decided to move forward with him.

The slab was poured within four weeks as our plans were already council approved and due to our luck in good weather.

The site supervisor Wahid was amazing and passionate about his job and had genuine interest in our project like his own home, always answered our calls, always communicated clearly, never Ignored us and always had solutions to unexpected matters.

The built kept moving smoothly, we had our weekly and monthly progress inspections with amazing outcomes always and if changes were required, Walid and Wahid was very accommodating.

The slab was poured in July and we moved in January. The house was two storey and slightly complicated as there were fair few different textures and designs used on the facade.

Over all the experience was excellent. The key to there successful business is that they are highly passionate and excellent in communication.

We highly recommend Clever Home Developments as they will work super hard to help with your quality long term home.
