I had my shipment coming with Clemenger and it was the worst decision having them looking after the freight. The service is horrible and the costs are outrageous! They charged me 3x MORE than any other agency and they wouldn't release the goods if I didn't pay for it.
One of their staff said that they "create" the prices that they want. It is frustrating to be dealing with business like this.
