Sandy & Jay handled the sale of our property in Bathurst, we found them through a recommendation and we couldn't be happier with their service.

A week after we signed the paperwork for the sale I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and had to put everything on hold while I went through treatment. 8 months later, we were finally able to put the house on the market, though my health limited what I could do physically. We had a very proactive approach from Cleary Fairbrother to do an appraisal of our home. While knowing it was unlikely we were looking to sell, Gerarda and the team provided us with some really valuable information about our property.

What an absolute joke. HELLO. I owned 17 Napier Street property also. Boys, you never engaged in contacting me once after you had my signature, or even when the property sold. Snakes in the grass with no integrity. Is it professional to only engage with 1 person or both adults selling the property? You clearly knew we separated and were not communicating effectively.
