The receptionist I first dealt with didn't know if the procedure I needed would be internal so she booked me with a male sonographer, when I came to my appointment he said it was inappropriate for him to do the internal exam, so I had to rebook. The second appointment went smoothly, and the lady sonographer was very professional and efficient.

Very rude receptionists no manners specially when you call need to improve but other staff is fine place is clean

Staff made my experience as easy as possible.

I didn’t even attend the centre. I just spoke over the phone with “Katie” and she was the most rude receptionist I’ve ever spoke to. I couldn’t even speak with our getting cut off. Definitely would not recommend even phoning this centre.

Outstanding service. Due to my lack of mobility scans can be quite difficult for me. The staff always make my experience as easy as possible. Highly recommended

Great service by everyone working at Clear View Medical Imaging. The reception ladies were very friendly and accommodating. Walked in there expecting to wait for a long time for an urgent ultrasound, but, managed to walk in, get the scan done by a lovely gentleman and within half an hour, I was done! Definitely would recommended. Great location too, parking right at front.

I seldom write reviews on compliment but the receptionist are friendly and sonographer Ajay was really nice, interactive and makes me very comfortable.

There was busy everywhere for booking my ultra sound and other but this is the only one imaging centre to available quick spot on that day. Everytime even it’s bit far from my location I love going to this Bcz this availability of everytime

Highly recommend Clearview Imaging. I've been to many imaging centres and I've never seen an operation as professional and streamlined. Patient's interests are first and foremost at Clearview. They'll make availability for you on the same day and provide your results too. Dr David Johnston caters to the utmost for his customers interests. Truly the creme de la creme of Imaging centres.

Highly recommend this imaging centre. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and get reports out for you when needed.

Had my first pregnancy ultrasound here done by a young lady, she didn’t even show me the screen & didn’t talk to me and then stated that my baby was so loud and that’s all she really said to me then gave me the ticket at the end and told me how many weeks I was.so awkward and un-professional, the people at the service desks are lovely though! ️

I've been really surprised by the kindness and efficiency of the staff.
The location is clean and welcoming with a big car park.

From the reception staff to the radiographer this place provided outstanding service. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable staff that provide a reassuring atmosphere for their customers. I will certainly be going back here even though it is not in my immediate area as these places usually make me feel uneasy. Now i have found a great medical imaging center. 5 stars

Have been here 3 times in all over the last few weeks for X Ray, CT Scan and core biopsy. The front desk staff are all very welcoming. The other staff are very professional and know their jobs well and the Doctor is just a gentle angel. I can not speak highly enough of this practice. Definitely recommend.

Not bad customer service but staff laughing and making jokes behind the desk while patients are waiting I think it’s a bit unprofessional

Had a dating scan at this imaging center. Sonographer was okay, but wont let you take pictures or let you hear the sound of your baby's heartbeat. I've been to better and friendlier imaging centers who let you take in the exciting feeling of having a baby. Im 8 weeks pregnant on my 2nd child and will not go back for my nuchal scan.

I took my elderly grandmother in for a scan and they were lovely. The ladies at the front desk managed to fit her in for an ultrasound after explaining our situation and the man who ultrasounded her was thorough and knowledgeable. The receptionist also ensured I could collect the report promptly as we needed to see the doctor immediately following. Great turn around time for reports and overall from start to finish friendly and understanding staff. Would highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the service provider. I actually looked them up as I was in severe pain. The local ultrasounds were all unavailable toll another week. I explained to them the situation and they tried to fit me in. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
