Absolute bandits. Quoted me 250 on the phone for an inspection. Then after doing the inspection wanted to charge 575 plus GST plus samples 750 all up. Just to tell me there was no asbestos. Took samples of wood soffiats to test. Absolute amateurs don't use them

I had a phenomenal experience with the team at Clearsafe. I called and spoke to Alex on Friday afternoon in distress after realising I may have been living in asbestos dust for a month. He very calmly and clearly explained the process and requirements for testing and arranged for Daniel to come out within 2 hours to collect samples for testing. By Friday afternoon the various samples were collected and Daniel had run back and forth to the courier to ensure we made the last shipment to the lab. Despite Covid delivery disruptions, I got the call by close of business on Monday with the results. I cannot thank Alex and Daniel enough.

Clearsafe provided an excellent service from word go. The office staff were switched on and a pleasure to deal with and the inspector that came out to our property to complete the asbestos inspection / check was extremely knowledgeable.

All of my questions were answered due to my lack of experience in the area. A prompt report / register for our home was provided after swift testing of the samples had been carried out. I would definitely recommend Clearsafe if you need an asbestos check carried out.
