Clear Skincare Clinic Lennox Head

Laser hair removal is one of the best things that I’ve invested in! I no longer need to waste time shaving or bear the pain of hair removal. I highly recommend this clinic. All therapists are incredibly helpful and make you feel really comfortable during the treatments.

Since they opened in Lennox I moved my sessions from the Gold Coast to here. I’ve found them very professional at the beginning with two great therapists (Martha and Susanne if I’m not wrong). Unfortunately I’m my last session my usual therapist was busy at the last minute and I had to go with a new therapist I think from Perth. The session was very short and it looked like she was pointing the laser here and there without following a pattern. She didn’t mark the skin before using the laser and didn’t do thoroughly my bikini area. My hair was growing back just a few days after this session! I’ve called to talk to the manager and left a message but never heard back. I’m afraid to go back now.

Today was my 5th session back and shoulder laser. The previous sessions had been great, very detailed, safe, client-oriented and trustworthy service. I was highly disappointed today: I was attended for the first time by todays skin therapist. She finished the laser in 5 min (compared to at least 20 min in previous sessions), did not mark the skin prior to laser, left burned hair on my back and in the end handed me a gauze with gel to apply on my shoulders myself (I can obviously not reach most parts of my back).

I’ve always wanted laser hair and finally decided to get it done, I got an amazing deal and amazing beauticians. Always so lovely and take such good care of me. The only place I feel comfortable going.

Always have a good experience when going here for my laser! Staff are so lovely and always make me feel comfortable. I have had to reschedule a few appointments last minute and they have been so understanding. Would 100% recommend!
