Clear Skin Care is an amazing skin care clinic that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome by the Manager. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they took the time to understand my concerns and provide me with personalised recommendations. The staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire treatment, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Please please. Do not go to this clinic. They really dont know how to provide skin care. Just repop every time with my skin treatment. The manager is very very rud and dont know how to manitaned servise with thier custmur. And charging extra money without anyreason. Not not happy at all.

Was passing by the clinic Saturday and thought I would pop in and enquire about some laser removal hair treatments for my teenage daughter. The whole team were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me with any question I had. So impressed with how much knowledge these girls had and how happy they were to help! Such a friendly place guys keep up the good work can't wait to start my daughters journey.

My experience here was ok. The first time i went there to enquire had a very nice lady to talk to. When i booked my appt, the atmosphere just seems a bit dull.

I had a peel treatment which i had done many times before as I’ve been doing facials for almost 5 years. For $109 facial (got on sale for 2 treatments)
It was almost less than 20 minutes. The cleansing was quite quick, maybe one swipe on each part of the face. But what worried me the most is whole quick the peel came off my face. Only left on my face for 30 seconds and i was told that my skin was going red and frosting which i knew it wasn’t as my skin doesn’t react to peels in terms of redness. And to finish off, there was no sunscreen applied after a peel which is crucial. Overall, treatment was way too quick, saw absolute no difference in my skin, quite expensive if it wasn’t on sale/deal. No recommendations on products. A bit awkward in the room.

I recommend no one to have appointments in here. They have very bad costumer service. Very Bad attitude and even don't know how to speak with the costumer. If they don't like their job and want to show the frustration. Towards the costumer they can change their job rather then showing their bad attitude. Costumer is not there to see their beautiful face paying a large amount of money. Good luck to your attitude for your entire carrier.

I went to the Clear skin clinic Hurstville today to get a deposit back which I have paid earlier. Perviously I had a bit of bad experience with another person from that clinic.
But the customer service ladies Angelica and Jessica were absolutely amazing today and they helped me to use my deposit in another service and offered me use the extra money to book for another one.
I really appreciate their help and effort and that’s how Customer Service should be.

You should NOT ASSUME that customers know the EXACT DATE when purchased treatments EXPIRE. This should be EXPLICITLY told to us, not just something you chuck in the fine print and never mention again. COURTESY REMINDERS before treatments expire is common in a lot of other places - consider doing this too! Also, to the anonymous Manager, would’ve appreciated a bit more understanding and a little less judgement.

I was passing by the salon and wanted to have a look. The therapist Stephanie who helped me was so kind and thorough. She was detailed with her and was so wonderful. She was bubbly and kind and so welcoming. Her knowledge was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be visiting and requesting her as my therapist. I highly recommend seeing her for any future services you require!

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES (FRONT LINE GIRLS) ITS RIDICULOUS! NO MANNER AT ALL! I WAS TRYING TO CALL THEM REGARDING TO MY RESCHEDULING, YET THEY RE JUST FREAKING SHUTTING DOWN MY PHONE CALL WHILE I AM STILL TALKING. YOU GUYS NEED TO GET SKILLED PERSON TO THIS POSITION PLEASE. THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORSE SERVICE EVER I GOT.

Huge thanks to Front desk receptionist who kept me waiting as she was chit- chatting up with person in front of me. Thanks to the wait, I checked existing reviews which has saved me time and decision in not trying this clinic.

I regret giving this place second chance, staff working on a Wednesday about 11am who did my service is the worst. I don't think she like her job! Zero customer service! Felt betrayed with my Brazilian sesh too! Will book to another branch just because I bought the package! Hope to get better experience! I was planning to buy more products but staff face so annoyed and made me feel to just leave!

OMG! I’ve been getting skin needling for a long time and NO ONE is like Stephanie! I think she just started this year with the company but WOOWWW I was blown away from how much precision and delicacy she put into my face! She also took her time and wasn’t afraid to go over spots of concern! I purchased another 5 sessions because of her! SO HAPPY! Ask for Stephanie you’ll get your moneys worth!

I spent nearly $1000 for my derma pen and peeling. I had a huge expection from clear skincare clinic but it all went in vein. I am not satisfied with the services at all. There's no any changes in my skin after finishing all my session too. Some of the staff are highly experienced, I am really happy and thankful for them but some are very worst too, they don't bother about our money that we spent for it. They just want to finish their task as soon as they can. I am really upset with this clinic.

The experience was wonderful, I have Stephanie as my therapist every 4 weeks and she is super good at what she does she ensures you're comfortable at all time, asking how it feels or if it's too hot. She makes it all about you! She is so bubbly and loves to chat if you're up for it. I recommend her 100%

Today was my first experience @clearskincareclinichurstville, I had a laser hair removal treatment done by the lovely Amira, she made me feel comfortable, she thoroughly explained the procedure and was very patient with me. I will definitely be coming back to this clinic, amazing service.

I’m pretty disappointed with my treatment today at Hurstville. Tia who treated my red veins with KTP was very thorough, she took at least 20 minutes but this time it was a different staff member, and I felt like it wasn’t as thorough and was rushing. It didn’t feeL right and when I got home and checked myself in the mirror, I can still see my veins under my nose which normally isn’t the case when Tia treated me. I’m quite disappointed. I have already booked another session but I was told it’s Tia’s last week. I really hope it will be thorough next time.

Missed my appointment by 5 min so I was told i had to come back in an hour or reschedule my appointment.

I have been coming to clear skincare clinics in Hurstville for some time now and see Madi. She is absolutely amazing at what she does, very thorough and knowledgeable. I have seen great results with my laser, LED, skin peels and skin pen treatments.

I did advance derma-pen procedure at Clear Skincare Clinic at Hurstville May last year - my face should have recovered within a week. After a week I went back as my face was in a really bad condition - I have been told to just use scrub and it will be fine. I did as I was told and my face reacted negatively. It was painful, itchy and it didn't seem to get any better with time. I contacted the Clinic and been told to come for a scrub there - I have refused doing another scrub - since their recommendation brought me to this state. Miranda Clinic tried to help and convince me to do LED light therapy, unfortunately it didn't work. I went to dermatologist few weeks after the treatment - severe allergic reaction, I was given steroid ointment for a month and told to never ever do any treatment this of sort. It took me nearly 2 months to recover. Pictures were taken while I was getting LED light treatment.
Ive had many of the derma-pen treatments before, numerous times and it was always fine with amazing effects.
I requested a refund in October/ November 2021 - we're in Feb 2022 and it doesn't seem like I will get any. Nobody cares, called and emailed several times. Hurstville Clinic manager is the most rude and unprofessional person you can imagine. Save yourself money, pain and negative effect and don't go there. Ever.
