Exceptional customer service and very professional all round! Christina is very knowledgeable and caring with her clients. All the staff are so lovely and overall my experience was outstanding and beyond my expectations! Love the team at Clear Skincare Chatswood!

The lovely team up at Chatswood Westfield currently are AMAZING! They are one unit and all work together to get me the best results from the laser treatments I’ve been having.

I have been with clear skin since 2015 originally at Macquarie shopping centre then followed the team to Chatswood. They are amazing. They’re such a lovely team. They’re honest and always helpful. They’re all fantastic at treatments and the manager Ghena is just wonderful in every way. I get everything done there from skin to cosmetic injections and I would recommend clear skin care team Chatswood to everyone!

This clinic doesn’t appreciate, value their customers at all. Very unprofessional and aggressive service. Please do yourself a favour stay away from this clinic.
Purchased two teeth whitening pens on my appointment. Got home and found out my partner purchased exactly the same products for me. I was hoping to return the products since I already have them plus they are completely sealed and brand new. They won’t let me. They said they could’ve done a refund if I went back in 3days but I wasn’t told anything about any of your policy …?
You need to have your policy written down somewhere like on the receipt or even just verbally mention with your customers like other retails do! The owner called next day to argue with me which made it so much worse.

Super disappointing, very bad customer service. Made my booking a month ago, I arrived on a Saturday morning to find out that they had been supposed to call me a day ago to cancel which they did not. No voice mail or message. Their attitude was not really helping either. No apologies. I would have expected a genuine apology for wasting my time. I made all the way here just for this appointment, very frustrated.

Seeing other comments, cancellation without notice happens to other clients too. Avoid this place if you don’t have time to waste.

I booked laser hair removal. But they canceled twice. I didn't even receive any message that the reservation was cancelled. And it is difficult to rebook.so annoying. I don't know why they canceled. And they said laser to be available every 4-6 weeks. So I bought the 1 year package. I wanted to get a laser every 4 weeks because my hair grows fast, but they want to do it every 6 weeks

After writing the review, I revisited. The therapist I wanted was changed to another therapist. But the therapist seemed offended and treated me unkindly. I said the laser was hot but ignored me. So now I have a problem with my skin. And she said she couldn't make a reservation for the day I wanted the next date because it was full. But I checked online but I was able to make a reservation (There was a lot of time available for reservation on the date I wanted) So I decided to visit other clinic

Had a wonderful microdermabrasion and LED treatment with Ava/Eva (sorry I wasn’t sure how to spell it!) and it was overall an amazing experience. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job! The chatswood team overall really impressed me and it is certainly will be my go-to clinic for my skin! Thanks again

Helen and the team at Chatswood are fantastic. Helen always goes above and beyond to assist. She’s amazing at what she does and her customer service is five star.

Staff would not honour the price as stated on the website. She did not apologise for the fact that website terms are misleading and had poor customer service. Would avoid going here

사기꾼, the worst 사기꾼 I ever seen. Even though I still left one facial treatment over here but I’m not gonna go back forever. I paid 380 dollars for a fking 20 mins treatment. And the whole process is extremely uncomfortable and the therapist just keep trying to sale there useless products during the 20 mins worst experience of my life.

I’ve been seeing Venus at this clinic over the last 5yrs. Her knowledge, experience and customer care is exceptional and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I have been a regular customer since 2019. I used to have lots of acne but now my skin have improved a lot. Venus is my beauty therapist and she always takes care of me and my skin. She is very professional, caring and gentle. I enjoyed every treatment with her, also with her excellent customer service. We always discuss on how to improve my skin and she would recommend me the right treatment. She is patient in listening my concerns and needs, and never being ‘pushy’, which I really appreciate. She is also knowledgeable that she explained which types of skincare and makeup products are suitable, and also not suitable for me. Her advice are very helpful that I can see my skin is turning better. She also recommended me the right clear skin clinic products which I really love them now. My favourite one is the HA serum, I could tell my skin smoother and plump up. My second favourite is the copper but I think if the copper also comes in a bigger size that would be great. Overall I really enjoy the service in clear skincare clinic in Chatswood and Venus is the best beauty therapist that I have ever met!

I have been a regular client at Chatswood Clinic since January 2021. I previously went to the Clarence St Clinic. My experience was good in both clinics.
Helen is my beauty therapist at Chatswood Clinic from the beginning until now. She’s excellent! Very caring and knowledgeable. I listen to her suggestions to improve my skins and we can always discuss all these together. Excellent work Hellen!

The reception staff were very professional and helpful, but the lady that gave the skin consultation was only interested in selling me skincare creams and treatments before I even got to sit down. A really disappointing experience. A money making business - stay away!

Terrible service at Chatswood one of them did my treatment focused on selling product and treatment only after treatment I was asking something but she reply just like unprofessional attitude and I won’t go there again NEVER

Really great place and the new location since their move is lovely. Venus has to be singled out as amazing, she really knows her stuff and is a really good laugh as well which helps when you have a lazer zapping you. Absolutely would recommend.

I wish I give No star!

I have been using this clinic since March this year.

They told me treatment Will be done by Dec this year. So I prepaid for the treatments i need until Dec.

Today, they told me they need to cancel my appointment and they told me they cannot reschedule my appointment anytime soon, cannot give refund and even cannot transfer me to other clinic for the treatment.

You cancelled my appointment because of the problems at your end and you are doing nothing to help your consumer to get the treatment except holding their money!

They said to me you only have two options:

1. Get the treatment now (which i don't have time as i didn't book for today)
2. Wait until we reopen. I told her then my treatment Will be delayed for a month.

After that, she told me there is nothing we can do. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I asked here where I can log a complaint. She said " you can go to our website and make a complaint there but I am sure you are giving to get the same answer".

Worst experience ever. Will not recommend anyone to come to this clinic. Definitely not recommend anyone to prepaid for anything in this clinic.

Very disappointed. I almost never write any goggle review but this time I am really upset with their customer service.
