The girls are always so nice and welcoming. I have never felt insecure with the girls even if I end up with someone new.
I have olive skin and dark hairs, and the result are phenomenal. I have been elsewhere before and I never got the results I for with them.

Walked in to enquire about a skin treatment, Kaylan was very kind and professional in helping me with my questions, Although I was surprised to see that she was the only worker in the clinic for the day. Someone give this poor woman a hand (and keep up the good work Kaylan)

I came into the salon to get a hyperhidrosis treatment Cassandra was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and made the process really easy and comfortable.
I will definitely be coming back to see her for further treatments.

I was seeing a previous injector who parted ways with the company, and I booked in a consult with Nurse Cassandra. She was extremely professional and honest with regards to her capabilities and understood how I was feeling in regards to someone new taking over my anti wrinkle and filler treatments. I felt so comfortable with her taking over and she did my treatment that day and I’ve never been happier

Clear Skin Care Mosman, use to be one of the best centers. Unfortunately not anymore. Since the last 4 girls have gone, their name starting with B, M, D, B, whom was the best at treatments, and extremally professional, genuine, kind, and polite, now they're all gone. Since they've gone, currently, the center have become absolutely fully with unprofessional staff, full of toxicity, discrimination, highly unprofessional staff including the manager herself. Highly not genuine staff at all. It is very sad to see such company having such unprofessional staff. I hope one day, they change these staff and bring back genuine and professional staff. Otherwise, waste of time and energy and money.

Called to book a free consultation, they did not have much availability. 5 minutes later I called back to cancel and wanted to charge me $50 or cannot visit the clinic again. I never went there, and I will never go, terrible service. Avoid yourself disappointments.

Staff working as best they can at this salon but the support they receive appears to be minimal. I have waited for Fraxel treatment for weeks and weeks and am told that they are waiting for a part from head office. Great pity as losing clients is not because of the staff!

I took 3 treatments with these people (I always took them at CSC Mosman) and I thought they were doing great until they canceled my appointment with few hours notice and they asked me to go to CSC Chatswood or reschedule, like it was so easy to change plans at the last minute. I made my appoinment 3 weeks in advance and they canceled few hours before. At 5 pm same day Chatswood Clinic called me asking for a confirmation, it seemed like Mosman Clinic just transferred the appointment to them without any explanation because the receptionist at phone did not know anything about my case.
I was waiting for at least one phone call from Mosman Clinic explaining the reason for the cancellation but obviously they care not much because no one ever communicated about this thing. They just sent me an email asking me to reschedule.
It took me sooo long to find another Clinic to start a new skin treatment because after this experience I won’t be back to CSC again, I just want to tell them to take a basic Customer Service course because they did terribly with me.

Unfortunately overall a very negative experience at the Mosman clinic. Less than impressed and completely disappointed with the manager’s condescending attitude. I was offered the previous day over the phone from her a complimentary microdermabrasion facial package and some freebies with a paid laser treatment, only to find out upon arrival that I had apparently “misunderstood” the promotion. The two ladies who greeted me at the front desk were so lovely (not their fault at all). I was on time for the appointment however I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to arrive and when she did I received a very unpleasant greeting from her. I have been a customer at this clinic for years, but now they have lost me based on this one event. A monumental waste of my time.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mother has been rescheduled THREE times and only when she expressed her unhappiness about the continuous rescheduling the woman who was working there threatened to call the police! My mother left in tears. After being rescheduled for the fourth time she was sent to the Chatswood clinic. I honestly hope the girls over at Chatswood have more decency and kindness than the employees at Mosman. Will never go back to Mosman. Absolutely awful and extremely disappointed that they threatened to call the police on a client. Outrageous customer service. Wish I could give them negative stars

The team and ladies are always so professional, friendly and delightful. I am always so impressed with the results of my treatments and could not recommend them highly enough. My go to for all skincare needs

I was extremely happy with the staff at Mosman clinic. I have been treated by Millie on several occasions and I have found her to be very professional and caring as I was a nervous client. The results were amazing. I now go there on a regular basis

Love this place! I always come here to get my chemical peel and microdermabrasion. I'm not always trusting when it comes to skincare procedures however Tayla who is my skin specialist always exceeds my expectations and not only treats my skin but educates me on my skin type, self care and how to maintain the amazing results after my treatments.

Since coming to the clinic and seeing Tayla I have seen a dramatic improvement in my skin. If you want the real deal this is the place to go to and if you are in the area ask for Tayla she will exceed all of your expectations.

Dominique and her team provide a positive and professional service. During my treatments I am made to feel as comfortable as possible and Dominique’s attention to detail is especially impeccable. Aftercare instructions are clear, products are recommended but not pushed and results are long-lasting. Highly recommend this clinic!

I’d previously been to the bondi junction clinic then when I moved to Mosman I was so happy to see another Clearskincare clinics! Consistency between clinics, professional, clean, treatments that work! I look forward to my fortnightly skin treatment with them. Highly recommended!

Consistently offer very poor service, leave you waiting for appointments or switch you from the clinician you requested - Clarence St in the City is a far better option. Don’t bother!

This clinic has given me irreversible daily anxiety due to recommending and giving me the wrong treatment leaving me with leathery feeling skin in my early 20’s. I booked in for skin needling and the beautician changed my procedure to skin resurfacing and I came out with burnt skin from skin resurfacing that was so painful I couldn’t bare the feeling. I have spent a fortune on trying to correct it but nothing seems to work. Such a harsh treatment has been irreversible to my young skin and that is why I feel compelled to leave this here to warn others. My pores were also closed up by an acne treatment that was recommended to me when I was booked in for a peel, so I took the woman’s advice and now I’m left with pores that are clogged deep within and my pimples and milia that cannot surface. My skin continues to be an ongoing problem in the areas treated. I wouldn’t wish this upon anyone.
