Very disappointed with the service that I received - I would not recommend this business. They spent four hours and didn’t even finish the kitchen (after I had been informed that 4 hours was ample time to do the kitchen and bathroom in a 2bed apartment) -we had already cleaned the oven, dishwasher and draws and told them not to clean it, they didn’t listen to instruction and proceeded to clean all the above which we had specifically noted did not cleaning- After questioning how they spent 4 hours and didn’t even finish the kitchen they came back to re-attend and finish the bathroom to which I inspected and it was clear the vanity had not even been wiped, there was dust in the draws and on the surfaces. This was an immense waste of money, I highly recommend you to clean yourself rather than deal with the stress associated with the engagement of this company.

I spoke to Nancy and asked if she could do a last minute clean to vacate a property and she couldn’t do it. But, she went out of her way to give me some good cleaning advice. She was so friendly and helped me a lot! Seriously a really good business with great customer service, I would definitely recommend!
