I participated in a group session of Optimal EFT with Ms Fataneh Naeimi about four years ago, and I had the most rewarding and memorable experience.
What I remember from this session is that almost all participants achieved a breakthrough in the long-standing emotional issue they were focusing on. The technique was new to most of us and allowed everyone to keep their privacy, while benefiting from the energy of the group. What happened to me was amazing and just on the second round of Optimal EFT, I experienced a memory chance which has lasted to this day.
