Rushed from work to their store only to find it closed. Frustrating and unprofessional.

Very unprofessional customer service, I made a order through Dania their customer servic person. Charge me $20 extra for delivery.

Two weeks later I called back because I didn’t receive the order, then figure out the order never left their warehouse. Seriously.if I didn’t call back they never send my package. But they very fast to take money out from my credit card.

Excellent service and staff to match. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years and it has been an absolute pleasure to have done so. Thank you Chris, Col and all.

Very very disappointed with the complete lack of service ive recieved. Reception/admin staff are completely useless.

We have been dealing with this supplier for years. Recently we were advised that there was a payment outstanding. This payment was made several months ago so there must have been an internal allocation error. We advised CleanIQ of this error and gave details of when this invoice was paid. Unfortunately, when someone traveled a long way to the shop in Gosford, they were told we were on stop shipment!
Clearly there is an issue in their office and little customer service or communication.
I'll take my business elsewhere.

I'm a cleaning contractor with ten years experience cleaning schools and I would not recommend this establishment.
I went primarily to buy a long handled brush with a squeegee on one side of it for cleaning floors. The shop assistant who attended me said he'd never seen or heard of such a thing, and implied that they must be peculiar to places other than the Central Coast.
There are no prices on much of the stock and when I asked him how much a particular item was he said "high twenties or something like that".
The impression I have of this shop is that at least one of the assistants will try and belittle you with his knowledge and do his best to make sure that your valuable time is wasted. The uncertainty over prices made me feel as if they might be charging what they think I can afford.
I was able to buy what I needed at Bunnings where the staff were courteous and helpful.

The team here go full out here to assist with your needs, thoroughly recommend them and their commitment to get in recyclable products and Australian made products as well

I thought the secretary sounded uninterested in my inquiry then i was put through to the sales bloke who answered the phone "too hard department"? It is amazing some buisnesses manage to stay open with staff like this. Good for a laugh but certainly won't be spending time and money there.
