We hired Cleaning Excellence for our business. The initial meeting was great and we were very impressed. We werent however impressed with the service provided, often new cleaners would come and couldnt find their QR code (know what to do) and we had to get them organised. Furthermore when we cancelled the service we had to chase them to return the key AND we accidently overpaid our last invoice and they are not replying to our emails or refunding the money. Very disappointing.
