I made a online order here a few days ago to get some cleaning products for work and was extremely happy with the whole experience. The website was very user friendly, the prices were great and included free delivery. I placed the order late afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next morning. I will definitely order here again.
NEW PREMISES IN MARRICKVILLE WITH PARKING. UNBEATABLE PRICES, VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE AND THEY KNOW THERE RETURNING CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL NOT SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT MAY NOT WORK OR BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS VERY HONEST PEOPLE.
After many years being their customer, it’s a shame that we bought a brand new vacuum cleaner (origin 200BV) on 3/10/18 and just used it for one day, the vacuum didn’t have enough suction. We went today (4/10/18) and asked for an exchange or the money back as guarantee but they refused. They checked the vacuum using it on a small rug in their shop at Marrickville and considered the suction was fine and said “ we cannot do anything here, it works well”. I was totally disagree with that because these vacuum cleaners are suppose for a commercial use where the suction must be stronger and showed them two videos recorded the same morning as a proof of the insufficient suction of the vacuum cleaner and it was not enough to convince them about the lack of power of this vacuum cleaner ORIGIN BV200 and get another one or a refund of the money. It’s clearly seen that there is not guarantee for this product. Very disappointed!
Fantastic Service, very helpful and friendly environment. I purchased some cleaning equipment for some marble polishing I was doing and I also hired a floor polishing machine. Great rates, the polishing machine was fantastic for the job.
