We have recently installed what is called LOW E glass on our brand new home build in Mosman. I've been told about the problems it can cause with cleaning and was recommended to call Raffaele at Cleaneroo to come have a look. He was very knowledgeable and taught us about the process and the time it would take to clean the paint splatter that came from the ceiling being done. His team took there time and the windows were washed up perfectly. I was a little surprised by their carpet cleaning process but really glad i chose these guys.carpets came up fresh and brand new looking. Best thing was they weren't left wet for days and smelly. I have 23 employees and having fresh carpets is crucial for us.

The team are very friendly, processional in their work ans punctual. Besides, their price is competitive, which is an added bonus for every organisation.

Organised to meet over the phone to start a service and a personally relationship, Yes it was last minute but he said I have a temp/emergency team ready to go. Even got an email saying that he'll be here on a sunday at 6pm.
After trying to call for 30mins I finally got through and sent a text message. This company then said (which is true) after your last reply (email) I sent another email back (Time to meet was agreed to over phone and very first email). Which happened to be after hours, So I never received it until now as I'm here waiting. PLUS! Company policy, we do not have business emails linked to our personal mobiles as there's private information regarding members/clients. Though he had my personal mobile to call if there was any issues.
You'd think that you've set up an arrangement to meeting up at 6pm and haven't responded to an email (btw telstra was done for us for a week) that they'll call you if they haven't heard anything. (28hrs they said, again knowing that we're meeting today at 6pm)
No! NOTHING! We got nothing, not even another email or call. He then says, would you call members/clients on a sunday if you haven't heard anything back. If we have a meeting on Sunday at 6pm. YES, YES I WOULD. Come on, if you wanted business you would call. How pathetic!
We even let go our other cleaners after them agreeing to be here at 6pm. Which he knew about. Again pathetic!

We are owner builders and my wife and i didn't know we had to organise our own cleaning after the builders finished the construction on our new home. I organised Raffaele to come out and give me a quote and him and his team were very honest and knowledgeable about cleaning processes with the amount of dust and grout that had accumed. He even worked with our builder to schedule the builders cleaning at the appropriate time. Very happy with the job and service provided.

Look im going to be completely honest. If you want a cleaning company with perfect communication choose these guys. English speaking, well dressed and no their work very well. I got in 3 companies for quotes and yes they were cheaper but I was scared to get backpacker cleaners with no experience. Better to pay for higher quality and pay a little more.

Cleaneroo has washed the windows from our large projects several times over the past 3 years. They do a great job, cleaning the windows inside and out.great knowledge of different surfaces and have great systems in place for when things are difficult. Great customer service as well. They come on time and work efficiently
