Had a price increase in July 2022 and another price increase in October 2022 giving you a week's notice

Our medical practice has been a customer for 20 years with a regular weekly collection of infectious waste however since December 2021 we have had no more than 3 - 4 collections in total. Complaining and requesting an urgent collection has no effect. It's now been 5 weeks since our last collection. I fail to see how they can't track missed pickups and prioritise a collection for ASAP. "Because COVID" isn't an excuse for not being able to manage their resources. Time to change providers.
