Cavan is a absolute gem and a great gentleman to work with.

We have worked with Chris and the Clean Green team on a large number of sites with building management, landscaping and cleaning services. They are the best in the business and provide exceptional results. Would highly recommend CGS to anyone who needs assistance with these types of services.

Their work has gone down hill over the last year. Carpark not cleaned properly, drains never cleaned, the bin area was never cleaned, cobwebs never removed, marks never cleaned from walls - this was all in their quote to be done weekly. Internal cleaning was generally ok. We let them go due to average service and they didn't bother to show up the final week.

Edit - Thank you for responding but our strata agent already tried to follow this up with your office. The last emails just ignored the complaints

Recently I made a review on Clean& Green building management.
I'm now received prompt positive response from the building manager which is very nice and willing to listen the tenant concern and feedbacks.
Looking forward, the new building manager & company deserves a better rating and star for their compassionate listening and prompt action.
In the coming future I would appreciate the building manager & CO would make further appropriate adjustments and improvements in notification and communication to tenants.

Poor management on the Atlas Building in Alexandria
Lack of clarity and informative & notification to residents in the work that workers come inside the premise or work in the gate of the unit.
There's no notice by mailbox drop, email or even on notice board in some case (notice board is not visible to resident), would greatly appreciated multiple notifications on the visible and bright spot as such notice near the mailbox.

The communication is very poor, there is one QR code at the notice board for residence to register to receive email, after scan the QR code, there is no official location to register the email to get notice, ultimately, a message left to contact Building manger to registrar

It's not easy to get in touch with the person in charge, firstly I have to get through 3 different email and multiple contact.

Fantastic strata cleaners! Our apartment block is a difficult one to maintain and Clean Green do a brilliant job. The staff are hard working, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a strata cleaning company.well done guys!

We hired these guys for our strata for 7 weeks before dismissing them. Only one of those weeks did they pay attention to the scope of works. 2 of those weeks they didn't even show up. Multiple requests were made to pay attention to the gardens, to no avail. Hedges were left untrimmed, weeds popped up everywhere, bins were not cleaned.

They billed us for the full quoted amount.

We dealt with CGS over serveral years and the professionalism and quality of their services is second to none. Highly Recommended.

No regards for residents. Whatever hits their quota. If you want to be happy, would never get these guys as your building strata.
