Ordered 2 metres of transparent table cover. Not accepting a PO Box for delivery cost them 2 stars. I have given up waiting for AU Post to deliver this and purchased the same thing from Spotlight Click & Collect. Two weeks later it has arrived and due to not being able to deliver to my home address (expected) I needed to pick it up from the same Post Office where my PO box is located. Dear Classic Homewares, AU Post delivers to PO Boxes. Please change your delivery options.

Purchased Dish rack online which is expensive than other shop.products are not as I expected respect to price paid double than other shop.it's work of art very poor.metal burr, cuts during handling, metal pipe hole not proper, metal stings not finishing wel which hard to daily handling may cut your hand also damaged to your plates.
Even response is very bad No one responded to your email or on phone call, or on what's app
I am highly recommend not to purchase from this type of product.first shop said it's Australia origin but not it's all China made.

Bought some nice things from them, but I received a serving tray that was broken. I called and emailed them a few times before they responded. They refunded me for the tray, but not the full price like it was my fault the tray was broken. The other things I bought from them were nice and in good condition. I liked the tray, that was a bit of a disappointment and not getting a full refund. I think I will not buy from them anymore cause it is a risk that if something goes wrong with the delivery and they will not help me.

I wish i could give zero rating because they give the worst customer service. No reply on email or phone. Never going to buy anything from them.

Bought 2 mirrors and both cracked. Emailed and got an initial reply but since that no communication despite asking several time for help to resolve the problem. Just been ignored! Will not purchase from again or recommend as it's not worth the risk that if something goes wrong you don't get any help. So now I've wasted my money and been left with faulty products I can not use.

Beautiful homewares store. Very clean helpful staff. Lots of items to sell. I found metal ice scoops there. No one else had them. Good price plus a sale discount included.
