7 A weirdly hostile experience. I wished calls were recorded in instances like these.
I called to make payment for an outstanding tiles invoice and was subsequently sent an invoice for the credit card surcharge. However, the total amount deducted from my credit card did not add up to these 2 invoices. When I called to query this discrepancy, Suzy got very defensive.
It must be clarified that I was calm and patient throughout this interaction and did not raise my voice at all. I explained to Suzy that I had to present these invoices to the bank for a construction loan, and they would come back to question the inconsistency.
Suzy kept repeating to me that it had to be right, because the system generated it and that she wasn't a maths whiz so she couldn't do the addition of the 2 invoice amounts.
This is my first time interacting with Classic Ceramics and it does stand out as an odd, unfriendly experience.

Absolutely pathetic tiles got delivered damaged and they tried to blame me for damages took 3 months to get replacements. Deal with the bigger chains who have some integrity
Unlike Amber and other major chains these guys import quality tiles.
I bought all the tiles I needed for my kitchen and bathroomin June 08, they gave me good advice took the time to show me all my options and let me take the samples home.
Honestly I won't bother looking around next time, I wasted my saturday mornings for months looking around and ended up back here.
