We had fantastic experience with James as buyers. Very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. We were pretty disheartened before meeting him given all the under quotes and tricks by other agents. James has been absolutely honest and transparent about price guide, on top of that, James was very helpful to request documents for us. Well, guys, good real estate agents exist! Lucy and James made such a great impression that five years later we didn't hesitate to give them a call to help us rent it out and we are so glad we did! Lucy is an absolute pleasure to deal with and is very hands on, handling everything to make being a landlord as stress free as it can be - which is very welcome when juggling a new baby. The end of financial year report was detailed and well presented but above all, the whole team make you feel like you are part of the family. This was a difficult sale in a declining market. He knew what was happening in the area, kept up detailed communication on the campaign's progress, and since he behaved with integrity then it was likely buyers would have trust & confidence to close the deal. It was disappointing but unavoidable to lower our expectations but we are grateful the essential sale was done rather than have the process drag on. James helped us deal with reality!

Being recently engaged I was excited to purchase a home with my fiancé. After seeing over 20 properties the past four weeks I’ve never had an agent upset me as much as James did today and refused me entry into the inspection.
After explaining I am not double vaccinated due to the fact I’ve had covid and not yet eligible for my second vaccine I went to show my exemption.
Lucy rudely turned around and asked what my medical condition was.
I presented my medical exemption which shows I’ve has one vaccine and exempt for 6 months due to the fact I’ve had covid.
This was rejected. I am allowed entry anywhere where a double vaccinated person can go in NSW apart from a duplex in Revesby where these cowboys have made up their own rules.
I will be seeking legal action for this discrimination.

By far the worst agent i have ever been with.
They didnt just lie to me but they lied to other customers. They are not tenant orientated they dont care about people situations and they are the rudest people i have ever met. Clarkenational realty are not trustworthy and will never recome t dont care about anyone but themselbes and the people of higger class. Worst agent ever

Stacey and Lucy manage our Padstow rental property. The entire property management process with Clarke National Realty is of an exceptional standard. The process started with Stacey and Lucy finding the right tenants for our fully renovated property. We wanted to make sure the property was managed well and had good tenants. They achieved this by signing up long term tenants that looked after the property and always paid their rent on time. We received condition reports every 6 months that were always completed accurately. Recently I inspected the property myself and found it to be in the excellent condition when we first starting renting to tenants. Stacey and Lucy bring a personal touch and look after the property as their own. If you are looking for a managing agent you can trust, look no further than Stacey and Lucy from Clarke National Realty in Revesby - they are the best in the business/area and can be trusted to look after your rental property. I will always use Clarke National Realty for managing my properties.

Not Tenant Focused at all, Clarke National Realty seem to care only about the money they can get and not for the people they are suppose to serve. Unless you are selling and they can score a large sum of money out of you then beware and go to one of the other Sutherland Realtors in the area. We did and now are very happy with our new Realtors.note: a renter will become a buyer soon enough and CNR burn their bridges.

We have dealt with Garry and his team for over 18 years and never had cause to question their professionalism and integrity. Nothing is too much trouble and they are a pleasure to deal with
