Go into store, try to buy product with turn around time (custom cushion cover) get told it will be sorted, go home, get an email saying the price, email them back and get told to come into the shop and select what I've already selected, give them measurements I already gave them, select the materials of foam and cover which ive done already mate.come on
waste my bloody time a bit more

Had a rubber mat for my tray back fitted from here today
Staff are super helpful and even cut it to size perfectly and a great price aswell

We just had an exceptional experience here. The lovely Jessica was super friendly and cut our camper mattress to size whilst we waited. She was very friendly, helpful and we will be back.

Terrible service. I booked a pool clean and service. Waited around until 1 hour after the appointment time still to nobody turning up.
Pretty disappointing to come home from work early to a no show. When i called nobody seemed to know what was going on only to be told i was booked for next week by accident. No apology no care. Will never go back. Steer clear from Clark rubber Tweed.

Was incredibly rude and incorrectly cut my High Density Packaging and Seating Foam. Don't go here!

Possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. I originally ordered a custom made item which took some working out but we eventually got there. Once it was ordered I was told it would take about a month to be finished. It ended up taking 2 months and when I finally went to pick it up they had ordered to wrong colour upholstery. I could have let it go but when I explained it was the wrong colour the customer service person tried to blame me for it and pay for the whole lot again. When I finally managed to negotiate for them to pay for their mistake my order was sent off. Instead of putting it at the front of the jobs to be done they put it at the bottom and I am currently still waiting after about 2 months for my amended order to arrive. I hope to avoid shopping here ever again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the products appear to be good quality, the prices are a lot higher than I was expecting, this may be reflective of good quality,

Great service from staff and helpful tips and tricks to get the right amount of foam for my home. Such a shame that the unvaxxed customers inside and outside the store like to start arguments cause they wish to not comply with health MANDATES

They sold me a strip of rubber for my roller door but it was the wrong profile. At first they wouldn't let me return it but happy to say the store owner later allowed me to return it for a full refund. Good staff work here

I bought a mattress yesterday. Clark rubber tweed heads had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I highly recommend

Poor service due to the new covid rules, seems to have gone to their heads.
Wouldn't serve me even if I waited out side even though they said they would.
After waiting 40 minutes in the car park and calling them twice, used click and collect,
3 hours later went to collect and had the product thrown onto the footpath.
I won't be back

Wanted to pickup a mattress and topper. The staff were very helpful and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. So easy. Great work.

We bought a mattress for our camper and had fabulous service from Warren. Unfortunately the mattress had an issue and with assistance from management it all got sorted. Highly recommend Clarke Rubber at Tweed Heads South. Well done to whoever trains your staff.
