I needed a solution and rather than telling me that it would be hard or expensive or they couldnt help, they gave me a few options and the price of those options. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.
Look the shop looked a little unloved and it wasn’t the easiest to find but they were great

Ordered the product straight away and delivery was promised Monday, next day. Thomas from the store called and gave the delivery time and delivered right in front of the door. You can find many different types of sleeping items there. But in my calculation pricing for customised cut foams is not reasonable. For example, a normal-size single mattress with 10cm thickness with a cover was $85. But the customised of exactly that mattress, without a cover, was more than double.

Customer service was excellent at this store. Specifically Daniel the Manager of the store was very helping in sorting out our Foam needs. He took an extra step to fulfil our specific requirements from the store.
While customer services at bigger stores are at their low these days, it was awesome to see a positive hope from Clarke Rubbers at Castle Hill. Kudos to Daniel and his team (Tim and some one else).

Great variety and good prices. Staff know their products well and give good recommendations depending on your application. I've been back here for similar purposes and have found new products that are better suited based on staff advice.

We contacted Thomas, from Castle Hill, Clark Rubber, two days ago to discuss the possibility and options of replacing the foam cushions of our over 10 year old leather lounge suit. The leather covers were in pretty good condition, and thought this would be better, environmentally friendly and cheaper option than throwing it out for landfill.
Thomas was very professional and friendly and took time explain options and cost involved.so we decided to go ahead. Once they completed and delivered to us on the next day, we were quite pleased with the quality and the workmanship. We would recommend this company for anyone with a similar project.

Had a great service experience last weekend with the team at Clark Rubber Castle Hill! The team quickly greeted me, gave me an overview of some options for my pool, tailored a solution that factored my budget and shared some supplementary reading materials.
