Really nice place if you are looking for any kind of foam for a matress for you Van/Car or real bed, which doesn't have standard measurements. Feuysal cut exactly our sizes and was really nice giving advices!

We’ve had these guys out three times and still have no answer. Booked a pool clean but the guy who showed up said he was doing a check and hadn’t brought anything with him to clean, apparently it was not booked in correctly. So made another appointment for three days later. Come home to a pool still full of leaves etc.when I complained they said they hadn’t been able to turn on the filter because the water level was too low. Might have been helpful to tell me that when you were there three days prior. Still charged me a call out fee though. Then booked another appointment where they said we had a problem with the filter but they couldn’t tell us how much to replace. He would have to look into it and let us know. Over three weeks later and I’m still waiting. So I called them but the response was “ he’s out to lunch. Call back later”. I’ve never had a business who seemed less interested in helping us before.

Terrible service. Too lazy to cut 1 1m piece of rubber that would have taken 1 minute with a Stanley knife, initially said they couldn't then said they could with a Stanley, the time spent making excuses initially as to why the owner couldn't cut it they could have done it. They just didn't want to do it 10 minutes before closing time. Apparently stores going to new owners. Probably a good thing.

This is the worst store I have ever shopped at. Extremely unhelpful staff.
Would not refund even though you could clearly see the package was unopened. The owner of the store was rude and inexperienced! DO NOT SHOP THERE

When I called about foam for two sofa bed mattresses, I got great advice. No sales pitch; just considered solutions to a customer's problem.
In my books, there is no higher benchmark of professional service.

Helpful staff. Can get busy and alot of purchases require cutting and also pool water analysis so bring your patience.

Very disappointed with the service and experience.

We needed to purchase a mattress for our double swag, the employee told us which one would fit, it was expensive but we took the recommendation and was told it would roll up better than our current mattress due to the type of mattress material. Once we were home it turns out the sizing wasn't quite right so we tried to return the next day still in the plastic cover and was told they don't refund mattress under any circumstances and that each of their employees are trained to inform every customer of this rule. This was not communicated during the transaction at any point and the only signage we could see was on a counter which they weren't serving from. Now we are stuck with a mattress that not only is a poor fit it's so dense the swag doesn't roll up into its bag any longer.

Overall pretty annoyed with the whole experience, wouldn't expect it from any other store.

Fantastic knowledge in this store. With such a great range of products, the guys really know their stuff. This is the only place I will trust testing my pool water. They fix the issue every time with minimal charge compared to other pool shops in the area. Always pleasant. Very happy with this store!

Every time I visit this shop I receive great service. The store is so appealing and my kids just love the vibe. Staff are very accommodating and know their stuff especially when it comes to pools.

Major regrets parting with several thousands of dollars on purchasing a pool package with this store.
They should stick with selling over priced pool chemicals, and pieces of rubber & foam.
If your looking for a pool, do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

I am a regular customer of this store and have always found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. There is only one staff member that was bringing the team down and I believe they no longer work there. The rest of the team are ever so helpful and I love shopping here. The store is always clean and well presented and the products are very innovative.

Update your opening hours! It’s very frustrating to check the opening hours online to only turn up and you’ve changed them! Not happy I just drove all the way here for you to be closed.

Extremely poor - no customer service at all. 3 customers walked in. We waited 15 minutes while the employee was on the phone and then proceeded to make another phone call before serving the customers. The idea in business is to take the money off the customers. We were recommended to go to this store by another business as we are not locals. 2 customers left the store without buying anything including us.

It should be a no star rating because of the way I was treated I even lodged a complaint with corporate headquarters. Just disgusting how they can treat people and get away with it. Will consider legal action if it continues.

Very poor customer service!
I wanted to buy foam underlay for my mattress, staff didn't have any product knowledge whatsoever, he pointed to one product and simply said 'this one is better' without giving me any information. Doesn't management teach staff anything about what they sell in store? I left without purchasing anything. Hopefully the next store will be a lot more helpful and have some product knowledge.
