Very poor experience as an employee of a company that outsourced their accounts and payroll department to this company. Following consecutive months of them incorrectly processing payroll and when I call to query the error, the person I need to speak with is always unavailable and doesn’t return the call when they said they would. Then Rachel on reception lies and says I can wait on hold because it’s the only line (in 2023…) into the business and no one else will be able to call in. When I refuted that blatant lie, I was told there was no one else in the office to take my call. When I replied I would continue to hold for Aine, she replied with “ I will not be spoken to like that” and hung up on me. I didn’t yell, I didn’t abuse her. So called back and she immediately rejected my call 3 times. Amazingly on the next attempt another person answered though the office was supposed to be empty! So now I have been on hold for over twenty minutes, it’s 5: 15pm on a Friday before a long weekend and I guess I just won’t get paid, but it doesn’t impact them or feeding their families. Very disappointing and clearly very dishonest and unprofessional company who cannot perform their jobs properly. I do not recommend outsourcing to them at all.

Used EcoVis to support us in setting up a Company overseas. Horrible experience. Very poor quality control, complete lack of understanding, 2 years later still not setup with nothing but issues from day one. Steer clear!
