Great to deal with. I ordered some parts (in error on my part), and Gemma was very helpful and refunded me as soon as I sent the parts back. 10/10!
Dropped off a Bobcat 743B to fix or replace a Hydraulic pump and the fuel gauge. It took over five months to fix with a bill of over $13,000.00 and the fuel gauge still doesn't work and also leaks diesel. Would not recommend anyone take any equipment for repairs especially if you need a done quickly.
The staff are friendly and easy to deal with.
