She exceeded all my expectations, acted in a professional manner and was very helpful. Will definitely be referring this company to friends!

Great display of products. Nicely presented, well maintained. Perhaps one of the more premium builders out there but has home designs to suit any budget. Great quality budget Claredon Domain range is very impressive with some great designs as well.

Very unprofessional people, i’m chassing for last 1 week they not send me details regarding plan, and not pick up my phone. I’m genuine customer but i think they don’t want to provide service.i’m very disappointed with Clarendon home. Big brand zero service.

Impressive display, well laid homes to choose from, but remember that the display homes have added upgrades and may not be what you are quoted on, so ask.

We build our home through Clarendon homes. They gave us possession before some pending work and promise us to finish before we move in the new home. They did not fix any work after 3 months. A supervisor resign from his job, no one was taking any responsibilities until we have given bad feedback to customer care of Clarendon. After that feedback, one of the supervisors came to finish all pending work which has to be done before handover. He was so rude and saying I am not your supervisor, I am here to get things done. But when we are trying to explain what need to be fix, he didn’t want to listen. He was saying you have damage so we cannot change it. Are you serious why we are damaging our brand new home intentionally?
After so many follow up emails and phone calls, we had enough so we stopped to call and emails them. We thought we don’t have to worry to build home with Clarendon as Clarendon has good reputation in the market but we were wrong.

Very nice experience. Clean and beautiful houses with coffee and hot chocolate. It is a lovely place and dream house I want to have.

Don’t waste your money. The initial process is fantastic, more than happy to help, great looking display homes and many designs to choose from. The you pay your deposit and sign a contract and it is all down hill from there. Absolutely terrible customer service the entire build. Many issues during the build due to oversights by the office staff during the initial phases of the pre build. The house build went 3 months over the contract period and they claim that it was down to all of the rain. They refer to the Bureau of Meteorology for the rainfall, even having the audacity to claim that 1mm of rain classes as a non work day even though the house had a roof on it. They calculated 50+ days affected by the rain, not realizing that 17 if them were actually weekend days which are non work days anyway. Absolutely clueless. As a result they have refused to pay liquidated damages. Prior to handover I pointed out that there was wet carpet in one of the bedrooms at which point I am told it is from a cleaner spilling water when cleaning the windows. After handover that same area is virtually flooded after a single night of rain as the door is not sealed / installed correctly. If you are game enough to build with this company, have a solicitor go through your contract with a fine tooth comb before signing anything. Everything in there is designed to be in the builders favor.

BEWARE don’t let the supposed reputation fool you. Note all the good reviews on here appear to be from people who are yet to sign a contract or build.

Love the homes, place for kids to play while you stroll in peace, food and drink. Best of all the have overflow parking!

Lack of communication. Noone replies to emails. Phone numbers that don't work and noone will get back to you until it 's really late in the project and then rush everything so then things are done incorrectly and need replacing. The planning stage was ok but the construction is like dealing with a bunch of kids passing the parcel. They have pretty houses but the frustration is too much to deal with

I love my home but 2 1/2 years in and my bathrooms still have unresolved issues. Very poor customer service. Man in the Van after care never returns calls. Poor effort Clarendon Homes.

Super helpful staff and immaculate show homes. Hopefully soon I will be building a Clarendon home

Perfect Model homes Display. These guys are Classy and showing us what we need to our future generation.

Good place to look at the various houses available with claredon. Especially love the kids club as parents can focus on viewing

Third time visiting Clarendon homes. Beautiful displays. More designs being developed each time I visit.

Loved most of their designs and friendly staff. Sausage sizzle run on site for charity is a fantastic touch. Boys in the sausage stall are top blokes.

Great place to visit, even if you're not looking to buy! Great childcare facility so adults can do what they do best: Ogle over things they can't afford:)
