11I could not recommend the team and facilities @ Clarence highly enough. In terms of attention to detail, promptness of response and catering to some out of the ordinary requests the guys where fantastic. Great organisation!
Lovely staff and beautiful office but super loud: (
The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbours conversations clear as day. Tenants often have meetings in the kitchen and noise travels throughout the office. If you are quite a noisy worker and don't mind not having much privacy then this office space will be fine for you. If you need quiet and confidentiality I would definitely look for somewhere else. I am counting down the days until my contract finishes and going to try and work from home as much as I can which is a real shame!

I attended my first Community Drinks in June, and after a long day it was a lovely surprise to walk out of the office and see such a beautiful, tasteful set up. There was an incredible table decorated with flowers and with a delicious variety of cheese, bread and fruit. The rum tasting was nice and the wine was impressive. I really enjoyed meeting people from the other offices. It was a really nice way to finish off the week and I am looking forward to the next community drinks in July!
My team and I have been in 3 offices year after being a little stuffed around. To finally set up shop in Clearance has been worth the wait! The service has been so wonderful and the office its self is perfect. Highly recommend!

Great for short or long term serviced office space. Rented at 111 Elizabeth St for 6 weeks on flexible terms. Top location, opposite St James Station and Hyde Park. Great new fit out, with larger offices than typically found at their price point. Well equipped with LAN internet, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, printing and scanning facilities etc. Kitchens are very well appointed and the stylish common area overlooking Hyde Park and the harbour is very inviting, especially with a glass of the complimentary wine. Staff very professional, both Michela and Jade were approachable and friendly. Would use again and highly recommend for single occupants and small businesses or start-ups.
