I can't speak highly enough of this small business! When I first contacted them, their approach was "let's see if we can avoid you needing to spend any money". When it became obvious that some spending was required, the discussion switched to "let's make sure this costs you as little as possible". And finally, it became "let's make sure your order is dispatched quickly, and with the parts pre-assembled so that fitting it will be a breeze". I can confirm that fitting it was indeed a breeze - not a single drip ever seen. Well done guys - you are the BEST!

A few months ago I called to ask questions about a zip replacement filter after terrible experiences with two big National companies.
So impressed by their customer service. They were super helpful and they had the right part delivered to me in less than 24hrs.
When needing to order something else zip tap related today, I remembered the previous great experience and have ordered from them again.

The filter arrived today (Tuesday), and I just wanted to say thank you.
I placed the order online SUNDAY afternoon and got a confirmation SAME DAY and then the order was packed and dispatched early Monday. Wow!

Called for advice over the phone yesterday morning. Really helpful over the phone - diagnosed the issue, gave advice to check one more thing just to make sure it really needed replacing. Ordered part online at 8: 30am and requested express post; dispatch notice came at 11: 30am. Delivered to my door in Brisbane today at 1pm! Part installed and all is good!

Have only recently found this business, but wish I’d known about them years ago! Over the phone they were very helpful, placed my order online and couldn’t believe how quickly it was despatched.
